    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Willow IT Pharmacist Enterprise Architect to join our team in a remote capacity (occasional travel may be required).     Responsibilities 

    • Collaborate with the VP of Engineering and CPO to identify, scope, and prioritize impactful platform initiatives

    • Oversee and support a team of 3–5 engineers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions

    • Actively contribute to the codebase alongside your team, driving projects forward with hands-on development

    • Foster professional growth by coaching, mentoring, and guiding engineers through training and performance feedback

    • Architect, implement, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems that power mission-critical customer experiences

    Requirements

    • 5+ years experience of building business- and consumer-facing applications
    • Expert-level knowledge of Typescript, specifically for React and Node.js.
    • SaaS startup experience required
    • Understands API design
    • Deep understanding of data synchronization and orchestration with many third-party integrations
    • You’ve built products or applications leveraging LLMs and AI
    • Customer-facing experience (B2B & B2C)

    • Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and organizational abilities
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English
