    We are seeking an experienced Sr Java Spring Boot Developer for a 6+ month W2 contract opportunity with one of our enterprise clients in Reston, VA. This role is remote and includes medical benefits as part of our W2 offering.

    Key Qualifications:

    Required Experience – 8+ years:

    • Expertise in Spring Boot, Java 11+, Microservices, APIs

    Position Overview:

    As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing data pipelines, transforming raw operational data into business-driven insights. Your work will directly support key performance indicators, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.

    A strong command of DBT technology is essential for this position, as you will drive data transformation processes and ensure best practices in data quality, architecture, and governance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    A global supply chain software company with 1,200 employees across 22 countries, is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to support a major global payroll transformation. This project involves integrating Workday with ADP GlobalView, with downstream connections to NetSuite. The ideal consultant will act as a techno-functional liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and global HR/payroll teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the point person for all Workday-to-ADP integration efforts.

    • Validate data mappings and integration file formats to ensure successful transmission from Workday to ADP.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal IT, finance, HR, and external vendor teams (TopBloc, ADP, Workday PS).

    • Troubleshoot ongoing file formatting and error resolution issues in Workday/ADP integrations.

    • Leverage expertise to guide best practices for global payroll integrations and regulatory compliance (especially for countries like Germany and India).

    • Support knowledge transfer from existing third-party vendors and ensure documentation for future rollouts.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Strong understanding of global HR/payroll requirements, especially for EMEA and APAC (Germany, India, etc.).

    • Ability to interpret file formats/specs and ensure compliance with country-specific payroll processing needs.

    • Comfortable liaising between internal teams and external vendors to drive execution.
