    Job Title: AV Specialist
    Location: Atlanta, GA (In-Office Required)

     

    Job Summary
    Our client is seeking an experienced AV Specialist to design, manage, and support the technologies that power our collaboration and meeting spaces. This role focuses heavily on Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) across all conference rooms, ensuring seamless audio, video, and collaboration experiences. The specialist will support partner meetings, CEO-led town halls, all-hands events, and executive sessions, delivering world-class reliability and production quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    Conference Room Technology & Support

    • Configure, manage, and support all Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments.
    • Manage and troubleshoot Logitech Teams-certified devices including cameras, microphones, speakers, and control consoles.
    • Ensure AV system integration with Microsoft Outlook for streamlined room reservations.
    • Maintain conference room readiness through regular checks and preventive maintenance.

     

    Meetings & Events

    • Provide end-to-end AV and technical support for executive and enterprise-wide events, including CEO town halls, partner sessions, and all-hands meetings.
    • Assist with live event production, including audio setup, video feeds, camera operation, and PowerPoint support.
    • Integrate AI features and Microsoft Copilot into presentations and collaboration workflows when applicable.
    • Serve as the primary AV point of contact during live events to ensure smooth, uninterrupted execution.

     

    Systems Integration & Innovation

    • Collaborate with IT and Facilities to continuously enhance the conference room technology experience.
    • Recommend and implement AI-enabled collaboration tools for meetings, content sharing, and hybrid work environments.
    • Uphold best practices around security, reliability, and scalability of the AV infrastructure.

     

    User Training & Support

    • Train and guide employees on using Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV equipment.
    • Develop user-friendly documentation, guides, and resources to improve self-service capabilities for executives and staff.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) is required.
    • Proven experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
    • Strong knowledge of conference room AV systems, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and controllers.
    • Hands-on experience with Logitech Teams-certified hardware.
    • Familiarity with audio DSPs, video distribution systems, and live streaming platforms.
    • Experience supporting high-visibility events such as executive meetings, town halls, and all-hands sessions.
    • Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Copilot).
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under pressure.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for supporting executives and large groups.

    Preferred Experience

    • Associate degree in Audio Engineering, Network Technology, or Broadcasting/Media Technology.
    • Certification in Microsoft Teams Rooms.
    • Vendor-specific AV certifications (e.g., Crestron, Logitech, Poly).
    • Experience integrating AI into collaboration workflows.
    • Familiarity with hybrid meeting strategies and modern workplace solutions.

    System Architect

     Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Quarterly Travel

     We are partnering with a mid-market growing organization that is investing heavily in modern architecture, cloud transformation, and scalable systems. Their newly established Enterprise Architecture group is growing, and they are hiring a System Architect to help shape the next generation of business and technology capabilities.

     This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to navigate enterprise complexity, influence decisions without authority, and design flexible, scalable systems that serve both business and technical goals. Candidates must be able to think strategically while still being willing to get hands-on when the work requires it.

     The Role

     The System Architect plays a core role in defining and communicating the technical and architectural vision within a SAFe environment. This position partners closely with Product, Agile teams, the Release Train Engineer, and business stakeholders to ensure architecture consistently aligns with enterprise priorities.

     The architect will support the the organization’s largest Release Trains. This requires the ability to manage multi-system architecture, connect high-level strategy with technical execution, and guide teams through complex design decisions, integrations, and architectural tradeoffs.

     What You’ll Do

     Align Architecture with Business Priorities

    • Define enablers and create the architectural runway for upcoming features
    • Participate in solution definition and PI Planning
    • Define system-level NFRs and ensure architecture supports them
    • Guide capacity planning for enablement and architecture work

    Define and Communicate Architecture Vision

    • Present architectural direction during PI Planning and refine as new insights emerge
    • Provide continuous guidance to Agile teams during implementation
    • Use abstraction, set-based design, and architectural flexibility to support system evolution

    Guide System Design and Evolution

    • Collaborate with teams to identify design inconsistencies and propose solutions
    • Support spikes and architectural experiments to validate assumptions
    • Balance architectural intent with team capacity, available tools, and real-world constraints

    Build Quality & Support DevOps

    • Promote built-in quality, early problem identification, and sustainable design
    • Help teams address NFRs in ways that reduce rework and risk
    • Support architecture that enables continuous delivery and cloud scalability
    • Guide decisions around tooling, environments, and infrastructure
    • Enable instrumentation for performance, user behavior, and operational insights

     Must-Have Experience

     We are seeking someone who brings depth, humility, and the ability to influence without authority.

    • Former full-stack developer who transitioned into architecture
      • Strong preference for Java or Python backgrounds
      • Open to candidates coming from Salesforce or Appian architecture and wanting to broaden
    • Has architected multiple systems at once in a complex environment
    • Strong integration architecture background
    • Functional and technical experience with BPM
    • Ability to communicate clearly with both business leaders and engineering teams
    • Self-starter who can lead through influence
    • Willingness to be hands-on as needed
    • Experience working within SAFe or similar Agile enterprise models
    • Experience with microservices architecture

    • TOGAF certification

    The DevOps Engineer role will be accountable for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring software applications and infrastructure using agile and DevOps methodologies.     DevOps engineer will be responsible to Implement multi environment application configuration management solution, branching Strategy and versioning policy for efficient software delivery, implement promotion workflows for each of the services to propagate software across multiple environments, deployment automation, and deployment workflow management and implement running integration test suits.

     

    ·      Configuration management

    DevOps engineers will work on configuration management tools such as Github, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible to automate system administration tasks such as deploying new systems or applying security patches to systems already running.

     

    ·      Containers and container orchestration

    Implement Container orchestration (i.e.) automatically provisions, deploys, scales, and manages containerized applications and to automate the life cycle management of containers.

     

    ·      Continuous integration and continuous deployment

    Automate the process of building, testing, and deploying software using Continuous integration and continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

     

    ·      System architecture and provisioning

    DevOps engineers should design, provision, and manage computer ecosystems, whether on-premises or in the cloud and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC). DevOps engineers should model system infrastructure in the cloud using Terraform.

     

    ·      Familiarity with coding and scripting

    Automate repetitive tasks. DevOps engineers should implement agile development practices such as code reviews and using source control.

    Skills Required:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Salesforce Expertise with Copado and Salesforce Development (strongly preferred but not required).
