FSI Architect/Analyst

We are seeking an experienced FSI Architect to design, maintain, and optimize the organization’s application architecture. This role evaluates how future architectural changes impact current systems, identifies upcoming technology needs, and develops application solutions that align organizational requirements with off‑the‑shelf software capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate key systems to optimize application usage and workflow efficiency.
- Support areas such as Epic Bridges, Data Courier, Rhapsody, interface engines, and file transfer automation.
- Serve as a solution expert for upgrades, issue resolution, and assigned projects.
- Maintain, update, design, and develop applications based on organizational needs.
- Partner with operations leaders and end users to design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain applications.
- Mentor Application Analysts, Consultants, and team members.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve end‑user problems, and enhance application performance.
- Participate in system support, maintenance, after‑hours work, and on‑call rotations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Log and track work in the ticketing system.
- Assist with Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
- Evaluate and correct application configuration issues.
- Participate in assigned projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare, or related field with 5+ years of relevant IT or Healthcare experience OR currently enrolled and within one year of completion with 5+ years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of relevant experience.
- Epic Bridges certification and Rhapsody experience required.
- Rhapsody experience is required.
- Experience converting Rhapsody from on-prem servers to the Cloud, preferred.
- Must stay current with industry trends and be able to work nights/weekends as needed (very low call volume)
