    Specific Areas of focus will include:

     

    Analytics & Visualization Development

    • Extracts data from a variety of sources, including Epic, Epic Signal, internal platforms, etc.

    We are in search of an experience Clinical Lab Informatics Specialist to join one of the leading largest healthcare organizations in GA. In this role, you will provide advanced informatics expertise across the organization, supporting clinicians, operational teams, departments, and leadership. This specialist will help transform healthcare delivery by analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating information systems that improve health outcomes, elevate patient care, and strengthen the clinician-patient relationship.

    In collaboration with clinical and executive leaders, this individual drives strategic informatics initiatives, leads complex projects, and mentors junior team members. Advanced technical, analytical, and influencing skills are essential to support enterprise-wide informatics goals.

    Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions

    • Analyze, evaluate, and optimize clinical EHR workflows; recommend process improvements that support efficient and effective system use
    • Assess information and knowledge needs of healthcare professionals and patients
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
    • Lead complex, cross-disciplinary projects and serve as a strategic advisor on clinical informatics initiatives
    • Facilitate meetings and promote collaborative planning across teams and disciplines
    • Evaluate business processes to identify data processing and workflow needs
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in the procurement, customization, development, implementation, and enhancement of clinical information systems
    • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness for change as priorities evolve
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technologies, systems, applications, and emerging industry trends
    • Investigate system and application issues or ideas and escalate concerns as appropriate
    • Function as an expert in one or more clinical applications
    • Partner with training and application teams to develop clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation
    • Support performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational accountability
    • Support IT policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives
    • Assist with the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of new systems to support organizational growth
    • Perform approved low-risk system build tasks and collaborate with application teams on testing
    • Participate in facility rounding and provide departmental support
    • Provide assistance during technology go-lives

    Required Minimum Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Science, Health Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience in leiu of degree will be considered.

    Required  Experience

    • At least 5 years of clinical experience in acute care, ambulatory care, or information systems
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical informatics, application analysis, clinical leadership, or training
    • Candidates with 10+ years of clinical experience may qualify without a degree
    • Must have hands on experience with Epic
    • Highly prefer MLT or MLS certifications and hands-on experience with Epic Beaker

    Job Title: Project Delivery Manager – Healthcare IT (Infrastructure)

    What You’ll Do

    As the Project Delivery Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle — from planning and design through execution and handoff. Projects range from infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations to Microsoft 365 deployments, site onboardings, network and Wi-Fi buildouts, and telecom transitions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
    • Collaborate with engineers, IT Directors, and vendors to translate technical requirements into executable plans.
    • Serve as the primary client contact, communicate status, risks, and changes with clarity and consistency.
    • Develop SOWs, schedules, and resource plans; manage change control and financial performance.
    • Oversee execution using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ConnectWise for task tracking, documentation, and reporting.
    • Ensure complete operational readiness, including documentation, configurations, and runbooks for support teams.
    • Identify process improvements and contribute to standardized delivery playbooks that improve efficiency and quality.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • 3+ years of IT project management experience in a Managed Services Provider, consulting, or healthcare IT environment.
    • Proven success delivering infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft 365 projects (e.g., Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, networking, or VoIP).
    • Understanding of Windows Server, Azure AD, networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls), and IT security fundamentals.
    • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving risks.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent experience a plus.
    • Must work on-site in Johns Creek / Alpharetta; occasional travel to client sites required.
