    The LIS Analyst supports and enhances laboratory information systems across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration between laboratory operations, clinical workflows, and enterprise systems. This role provides technical expertise, application support, and project coordination for key laboratory platforms—including Epic Beaker (CP/AP), Haemonetics SafeTrace, RALS, Telcor, and related point-of-care (POC) systems.

     

    The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with a strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows, instrument interfaces, and healthcare data standards (HL7, CAP, HIPAA, AABB).

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide application support, build, and configuration for laboratory information systems and Epic Beaker modules.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system or workflow issues in collaboration with lab operations, IT teams, and vendors.
    • Ensure systems remain compliant with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards (CAP, HIPAA, AABB, JCAHO).
    • Monitor and maintain interface connections between instruments and applications.
    • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation activities.
    • Support project planning, task tracking, and documentation across implementation and optimization phases.
    • Act as liaison between laboratory staff, IT, and external vendors to ensure technology supports clinical and operational goals.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required (Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred).
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT or as a Laboratory Information Systems Analyst.
    • Epic Beaker CP and/or AP certification required.
    • Experience supporting or building Epic Beaker or other LIS applications (Sunquest, CoPath, SafeTrace, RALS, etc.).
    • Knowledge of SQL, HL7, and laboratory instrumentation interfaces preferred.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

    We’re seeking an experienced IT Manager for Enterprise Medical Imaging (PACS Manager) to lead a dynamic team supporting large-scale, enterprise imaging environments across multiple hospitals and care sites. This is a true people-leadership role requiring strong management, organization, and collaboration skills to guide a technical team and drive strategic imaging initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of Application Analysts and Imaging Systems professionals supporting enterprise PACS and Epic systems.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
    • 5+ years of relevant healthcare IT experience with at least 3 years of proven success leading teams through enterprise, large-scale healthcare technology implementations or optimizations.
    • 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
    • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, imaging systems (PACS, VNA), and Epic integration preferred.

    We are in search of an Analyst who can help manage the data extraction, tracking, and reporting of key indicators that support the overall health and well-being of the clinical workforce including physicians, nurses, practice providers and beyond. This Analyst will work across multiple teams including clinical and operational leaders, SME’s, Data & Insights Teams, and IT to ensure the overall success of the Clinician Well-being program.

     

    Specific Areas of focus will include:

     

    Analytics & Visualization Development

    • Extracts data from a variety of sources, including Epic, Epic Signal, internal platforms, etc.
    • Extracts data using methodology that ensures accuracy and alignment with specified project aims and ensure
    • Analyzes multi-source data trends and uses data to identify potentially at-risk clinicians, groups of clinicians, etc.
    • Works directly with stakeholders to understand the business requirements for information needs
    • Selects the most appropriate visualization tool and delivery mechanism for requests
    • Designs, develops, documents and distributes the selected visualization while working with stakeholder guidelines

     

    Planning & Process

    • Acts as a liaison with stakeholders to communicate data structure or metric needs for appropriate data model build, including IT responsible for data warehousing
    • Develops a working knowledge of the lineage, meta-data, and overall meaning of data being analyzed
    • Identifies and sources (where possible), data quality issues impacting analyses and brings issues to leadership and other appropriate individuals attention
    • Understands benchmarking and comparative analysis techniques and interpretation
    • Develops an excellent understanding of data transformed, managed, and reported specifically by the EI team (e.g., cost accounting, operational benchmarking, quality benchmarking, patient satisfaction, etc.)
    • Participates in the planning process of new initiatives/projects to identify data needs
    • Develops and standardizes processes to conduct thorough needs assessments
    • Develops surveys and other accessible methods of data collection when needed
    • Works with behavioral health team members to make needed data accessible

    Interpretation & Reporting

    • Maintains an understanding of relational databases in concept and how to practically work data housed within
    • Maintains an understanding of a variety of technology tools to present information (e.g., SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Advanced MS Excel, MS SharePoint, SAS, etc.)
    • Schedules times to review findings of analyses with project leads
    • Provides statistical findings related to priority initiatives/aims to project leads
    • Provides on-time visual summaries and reports to team members and prepares summaries for newsletters and other communication streams

     

    Required Minimum Education:

    • Bachelors Degree – Information Systems or Bachelors Computer Engineering or Bachelors Applied Mathematics (a plus)

    Required Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years working directly with customers from requirements gathering, functional design, development, and delivery of interactive data visualization.
    • 6 years working with complex data sets in a relational database environment with tools such as SQL Server, MS Access, SAS, MS Excel, and other 3rd party visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
    • Previous clinical background/experience and familiarity working with healthcare specific data, concepts, and terminology.
    • Significant experience in data analytics and visualization.
    • Strong background in designing and building publication-ready interactive and self-guided data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI and/or other BI tools along with diverse sets of structured and unstructured data.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Beacon IT Pharmacist Enterprise Architect to join our team in a remote capacity (occasional travel may be required). The ideal candidate will bring both clinical pharmacy expertise and technical proficiency in Epic Willow and Beacon to support oncology workflows and ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care. The role requires active U.S. pharmacist licensure and a strong background in oncology, with a preference for candidates who are already Epic certified on Willow, and ideally Beacon.

    • Serve as the primary IT Pharmacist for Epic Beacon build, implementation, optimization, and support.
    • Collaborate with medical oncologist, clinical pharmacy, oncology nursing and IT teams to design and optimize workflows that improve oncology treatment planning, order sets, and medication management.
    • Participate in system build, testing, validation, and documentation activities in Epic Willow and Beacon.

    • 3rd Preference: An oncology background that is able to obtain Willow and Beacon certifications within 60 days of employment.
