IT Project Manager III (Insight Clinical Trial System)
Perm/Full Time

Seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager with deep knowledge of clinical trial IT systems, specifically Insight, to lead enterprise-wide projects from initiation to completion. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and full lifecycle project execution using PMI methodologies.

This role can sit remotely in any of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple complex IT projects across clinical and enterprise systems.
• Develop project plans, budgets, scopes, and timelines; analyze risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Oversee vendor RFPs, contracts, and deliverables.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, ensure milestones, and report metrics.
• Conduct quality assurance, risk assessments, and change control.
• Lead project meetings, training, and documentation reviews.
• Ensure successful project closure, capturing lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field preferred; PMP or ITIL certification a plus.
• 6–8 years of project management experience, including large-scale clinical trial IT initiatives.
• Experience working with and implementing Insight.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience manage multiple projects and priorities.

Software Development Manager
Perm/Full-Time Position
Location: Alpharetta, GA

Are you a versatile, proactive leader ready to make an impact in an Agile, fast-moving development environment, building innovative products from the ground up?

We’re in search of a Software Development Manager (SDM) to lead Agile development teams and build greenfield digital products, including web and mobile apps, from scratch and manage existing system refreshes. This role requires hands-on leadership in a smaller, collaborative environment, where team members contribute to all aspects of development.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in building and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment) for digital and mobile products.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project priorities, set goals, and manage sprint planning.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
• Promote best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and cloud-native development (primarily using the MS/Azure stack).
• Manage team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Handle project scope, objectives, and communication to upper management, including reporting on KPIs and progress.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong background in software development, primarily with the MS/Azure stack.
• Agile methodology expertise and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, innovative team culture.
• Experience with cloud-native development and/or product development is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead and manage a smaller, hands-on team, working across all stages of development (coding, testing, and deployment)
• Experience building external-facing products including web & mobile.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and MS/Azure cloud technologies including C#, React, React Native.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development and cloud-native projects.
• Familiarity with modern web and mobile frameworks, such as React/ReactNative, is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities.
