    Overview

    We’re seeking an SAP Training & Program Analyst/Coordinator to support our Client’s major initiative driving business transformation and user readiness across the organization. This role combines program coordination, data tracking, and training support to ensure successful adoption of SAP and related process changes.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple workstreams involving communication, scheduling, reporting, and training logistics.


    Key Responsibilities

    Program & Change Network Support

    • Serve as a liaison between Business functions and Consulting partners to coordinate activities, communications, and deliverables for the Change Network and Super User community.

    • Track engagement and readiness metrics using Excel, SFDC, surveys, and internal databases.

    • Maintain accurate data on Super User changes and update change management dashboards.

    • Prepare reports and insights to support program and leadership reviews.

    Training Coordination

    • Support trainer readiness efforts, including presentations, communications, and meeting logistics.

    • Schedule, track, and report end-user training sessions; manage invites, attendance, recordings, and evaluations.

    • Maintain and update training content on SharePoint and internal websites.

    Communications & Reporting

    • Create and update PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholder meetings.

    • Draft and distribute program updates, announcements, and readiness communications.

    • Collaborate with process and functional teams to drive Super User and end-user engagement.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Training, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 3-5+ years of experience in training coordination, program support, or change management.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

    • Experience with SAP or ERP-related training programs preferred.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Dayforce Payroll Integration Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled Dayforce Payroll Integration Specialist to support the onboarding and setup of new employee onto an existing Dayforce payroll platform. This role is essential for ensuring seamless and compliant payroll configuration, accurate data migration, and comprehensive setup of all related Dayforce modules.

    This is a contract role that will run through January 2026 (possibly longer to ensure smooth go-live and post-go live support). This contractor can sit fully remotely but will need to work core EST business hours. 

    Responsibilities

    • Support end-to-end setup of new hires and existing staff on the Dayforce system.
    • Configure payroll settings including earnings, deductions, benefits, general ledger (GL) mapping, pay groups, and accounting codes.
    • Establish departments, job codes, and organizational structures within Dayforce to support business needs.
    • Review and align Paid Time Off (PTO) policies and accruals with company standards.
    • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payroll and time configuration to validate accuracy and compliance.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure system alignment and consistency in reporting.
    • Support post-go-live issue resolution, documentation, and change management related to Dayforce configuration.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Ceridian Dayforce payroll setup and configuration.
    • Proven experience onboarding new employee groups or departments onto Dayforce payroll and HR systems.
    • Strong understanding of payroll processing, GL coding, PTO setup, and accounting integration.
    • Experience managing or reconfiguring organizational structures and job frameworks within Dayforce.
    • Solid understanding of payroll compliance and data validation best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

    Now hiring: Senior Software Engineer — Integrations & Platforms
    Location: Downtown, Atlanta, GA (
    Onsite/Hybrid mix)

    Overview:

    Seeking a permanent Senior Software Engineer – Integrations Lead to drive cloud-native integration solutions across enterprise and industrial systems. This hybrid role (3 days/week onsite in Atlanta) offers the opportunity to lead key initiatives at the core of a major digital transformation.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom connectors and integrations using Go or Python

    • Build, optimize, and maintain integrations across industrial protocols (e.g. OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus) and system APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.)

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including business analysts, delivery leads, quality engineers—to define integration strategies and requirements

    • Enable reliable, seamless data exchange between systems, including real-time streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, NATS)

    • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability and uptime

    • Mentor and coach junior engineers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning

    • Help evaluate and modernize integration platforms (e.g., exploring alternatives to existing tools)

    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in integration, cloud-native designs, and industrial automation


    Qualifications:

    • Solid experience in Go or Python

    • Proven experience deploying APIs and microservices in containerized environments (Kubernetes)

    • Familiar with SOA, microservices, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures

    • Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Kong, or similar)

    • Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)

    • Ability to develop cloud-native integrations using AWS (preferred) or Azure

    • Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience with API Gateway, advanced networking, and security best practices

    • Familiarity with DevOps/automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, GitOps) and modern CI/CD pipelines

    • Hands-on experience with real-time data integration architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, NATS)

    • Experience working with industrial automation protocols (Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA)
