    Senior HRIS Lead – Dayforce
    6 Month Contract-to-Hire

    This role will take the lead on post-implementation stabilization and optimization, driving complex configuration, integration refinement, and ongoing enhancements across the Dayforce platform.

    You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the system is not only functioning as designed, but is fully optimized to support evolving business needs—particularly in areas like payroll accuracy, union-specific rules, and overall system performance. This position requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical insight, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, well-designed solutions.

    Candidates local to the Atlanta area are highly preferred, but would consider non-local/fully remote for the right person. 

    What You’ll Do

    • Serve as a lead point of contact for Dayforce technical and functional initiatives
    • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Dayforce solutions
    • Lead configuration and customization across WFM, HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules
    • Design and optimize pay policies, pay groups, entitlements (PTO), and union-based premium pay structures
    • Review and enhance integrations, interfaces, and data flows, identifying and resolving gaps
    • Drive system optimization and post-implementation improvements, including cleanup and performance tuning
    • Oversee testing strategy and execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and stability
    • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT to troubleshoot issues and guide best practices
    • Document configurations and support knowledge transfer and end-user enablement

    What You Bring

    • 7+ years of Dayforce experience in a techno-functional or consulting capacity
    • Deep expertise across Dayforce WFM, HCM, Payroll, and Benefits, including configuration and integrations
    • Strong experience with:
      • Complex pay policies, entitlements, and union pay structures
      • Interfaces, integrations, and data validation
    • Proven ability to lead troubleshooting, optimization, and system enhancements in a post-implementation environment
    • Strong understanding of HR and payroll operations and compliance
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Dayforce certification preferred

  • OTC/FTM Principal Analyst

    Full Time – Direct Hire
    Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
    Location:  This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, based out of our corporate headquarters in Natick, MA. We are also open to candidates working from our other office locations in:

    We’re looking for a highly experienced Principal SAP Analyst with deep expertise in SAP OTC and FTM. This role requires 10–15 years of hands-on SAP experience, strong understanding of cross-module integrations, and the ability to design and optimize complex business processes.

    Senior SAP OTC Functional Analyst / Lead Consultant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead functional design and configuration for SAP OTC and FTM processes
    • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
    • Configure and support pricing, billing, invoicing, AR, and credit management
    • Collaborate with FI and other functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment
    • Support and enhance integrations with tax engines and invoicing platforms
    • Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support
    • Contribute to S/4HANA implementations or upgrades (if applicable)
    • Support testing activities including unit, integration, and UAT
    • Develop functional documentation and configuration specifications
    • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members
    • Identify process improvements aligned to business and compliance needs

    Required Qualifications (Scaled & Realistic)

    • 7+ years of SAP OTC experience, with strong hands-on configuration
    • Deep experience in SAP SD, including pricing, billing, and order management
    • Solid integration experience with SAP FI (AR, GL posting, revenue flows)
    • Experience integrating with at least one tax engine (e.g., OneSource, Avalara, or Vertex)
    • Familiarity with electronic invoicing or third-party invoicing platforms
    • Experience working in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

    Preferred (Not Required – This Matters)

    • Exposure to additional SAP modules (MM, CO)
    • Experience with CRM or CPQ integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Prior involvement in SAP upgrades or migrations
    • SAP certification(s)
