    Solution Design Lead – Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)

    Our client is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and analytical MAWM Solution Design Lead to support the design, optimization, and enhancement of the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) platform. This role will be instrumental in improving warehouse efficiency, productivity, and inventory accuracy through thoughtful solution design and cross-functional collaboration.

    The ideal candidate is motivated, hands-on, eager to learn, and capable of managing priorities independently while delivering top-quality results.

    This position can be based locally near the Duluth, GA corporate office or 100% remote. Travel may vary depending on project needs, ranging from 5%–25%.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Master warehouse operational processes including inbound, inventory control, outbound, and final mile delivery

    • Develop deep understanding of upstream and downstream business processes surrounding warehouse management

    • Become fluent in the broader IT landscape, including core systems, interfaces, and supporting tools

    • Review business requirements, understand rationale, and align solutions to business goals

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure requirements are complete and gaps are addressed

    • Design and present multiple solution options using industry best practices

    • Maximize standard MAWM functionality and recommend custom extensions when necessary

    • Configure MAWM solutions and conduct thorough testing and validation

    • Ensure knowledge transfer and enablement as new solutions are deployed

    • Develop and maintain documentation including specifications, configuration, process flows, and training materials

    • Continuously analyze warehouse workflows to identify improvement opportunities

    • Monitor system metrics and performance to drive enhancements

    • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and warehouse management best practices

    • Support IT helpdesk tickets related to warehouse management as project priorities allow

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, etc.)

    • Strong, proven experience with the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) platform across all warehouse functions

    • Minimum of 3+ years designing and configuring MAWM solutions (inbound, inventory control, outbound)

    • High proficiency in MAWM strategies, criteria, and rule configuration

    • Comfortable navigating MAWM documentation for troubleshooting and research

    • Strong understanding of MAWM ProActive functionality and capabilities

    • Expertise leveraging standard MAWM APIs

    • Superuser-level experience with Postman and API testing

    • Deep knowledge of warehouse industry best practices across operational processes

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex systems clearly

    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to data integrity

    Compensation Program Management

    • Lead annual compensation cycles (Merit and MIP), including eligibility, auditing, testing, and post‑cycle support.
    • Provide compensation guidance to HRBPs and leaders on offers, promotions, adjustments, leveling, and risk mitigation.
    • Maintain compensation policies, governance standards, and decision‑making frameworks.

    Workday Compensation & Data Governance

    Stakeholder Support

    • Serve as a SME for compensation inquiries; provide timely guidance to HR and business leaders.
    • Manage Compensation ServiceDesk requests and ad hoc analyses.

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of compensation experience (market pricing, job architecture, annual programs).
    • Strong Workday compensation expertise.
    • Proven ability to manage complex compensation cycles with high accuracy.
    • Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Advanced analytical skills and strong communication/stakeholder management abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in multi‑site manufacturing or corporate HR environments.

    We’re looking for a highly experienced Principal SAP Analyst with deep expertise in SAP OTC and FTM. This role requires 10–15 years of hands-on SAP experience, strong understanding of cross-module integrations, and the ability to design and optimize complex business processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and implementation for SAP OTC and FTM processes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, FI, CO, and other modules
    • Manage and optimize integrations with third-party tax engines like OneSource, Avalara, and Vertex
    • Support integrations with invoicing platforms such as Edicom, Ariba, and Coupa
    • Configure pricing, billing, credit management, AR, and GL processes
    • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
    • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

    Our client is seeking a skilled Telecommunication & Collaborations Specialist to join their ISD team. In this role, you’ll support the consistent, secure, and efficient operation of enterprise voice networks across more than 30 North American sites, including multiple call centers.

    You will design, deploy, test, maintain, and expand telecommunication systems and tools, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with IT security standards. This position also partners closely with contractors and vendors to maintain high-quality performance across the environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer a hybrid Cisco and Microsoft telephony environment (Cisco PCCE, CUCM, Unity, Finesse, Microsoft Teams, Operator Connect).
    • Manage Teams Phone System configurations including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans, and Auto Attendants.
