What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy TIBCO-based integration solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

• Build and manage complex TIBCO workflows and processes.

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing TIBCO applications for performance and reliability.

• Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews.

• Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.

• Stay current with emerging TIBCO technologies and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO development.

• Proficiency with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition, EMS, Hawk, and related tools.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

• Strong grasp of SOA, EAI, and ESB architecture.

• Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, and REST/SOAP services.

• Solid SQL and database integration experience (e.g., Oracle).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

• TIBCO certifications.

• Experience with cloud-native integration platforms.

• Familiarity with other middleware/integration tools.
