    We are seeking a Professional Services Engineer – Virtual Endpoint & Mobility to design, deploy, and support secure virtual endpoint and mobile device solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on zero client platforms (Wyse and 10ZiG) and Microsoft Intune-managed PCs and mobile devices, ensuring secure access, compliance, and a seamless end-user experience.
    You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable endpoint solutions while providing advanced troubleshooting and operational support.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Configure, deploy, and 
       troubleshoot Wyse and 10ZiG
       zero clients in enterprise
       networks.
    • Perform firmware updates, profile
       configuration, and connectivity
       validation for zero clients.
    • Administer Microsoft Intune for
       mobile and PC device enrollment,
       compliance policies, and
       application deployment.
    • Implement and maintain
       Conditional Access and security
       baselines for mobile endpoints.
    • Provide Level 2/3 support for zero
       client and mobile device issues,
       including escalation handling.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure and
       security teams to ensure alignment
       with organizational standards.
    • Document deployment procedures,
       configuration guides, and
       troubleshooting steps for
       knowledge transfer.

    Required Technical Skills
    Zero Client & Virtual Desktop Technologies:
    • Experience with Wyse
       Management Suite and 10ZiG
       Manager for device provisioning
       and policy enforcement.
    • Understanding of ThinOS, Zero
       Client OS, and remote desktop
        protocols (RDP, PCoIP, Blast).

    Mobile Device Management (MDM):
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune
      for device enrollment, compliance,
       and app deployment.
    • Knowledge of Azure AD,
      Conditional Access, and Mobile
      Application Management (MAM).

    Networking & Security:

    • Familiarity with DHCP, DNS,
       VLANs, and certificate-based
       authentication for endpoint
       connectivity.
    • Understanding of endpoint
      hardening and security baselines
      for compliance (NIST/CMMC
       preferred).

    Scripting & Automation:
    • Basic to intermediate PowerShell
       for automating Intune tasks and
       zero client configurations.

    Professional Skills

    • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities for hardware and software issues.
    • Ability to create technical documentation and deliver user training.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to document complex technical processes in an easy-to-follow manner.
    • Comfortable working in customer-facing or consultative environments.

    • Experience working in various Cloud platforms, Azure, AWS and GCP, and skilled in DevOps and CICD
    • Strong understanding of SOA, EAI, and ESB concepts.
    • Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, and SOAP/REST web services.
    • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and Oracle.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    INTUNE Engineer

    We are seeking an experienced Application Packager or Intune Engineer—someone skilled in converting software into Intune-ready formats, creating detection rules, testing installs, and documenting the process. Should have strong Windows 10/11 knowledge, solid PowerShell/VB scripting ability, and hands-on experience with tools like IntuneWinAppUtil, PSADT, and Master Packager.      The Contractor shall perform all necessary activities to prepare, package, and validate applications for deployment via Microsoft Intune.

    Application Packaging: Convert provided application installation scripts into Intune-compatible formats (e.g., Win32, MSI, MSIX) following organizational standards and best practices.

    Configuration & Metadata: Define installation parameters, detection rules, dependencies, and application metadata to ensure reliable deployment.

    Testing & Validation: Conduct functional and compatibility testing in a controlled Intune environment to confirm successful installation, uninstallation, updates, and compliance with security policies.

    Documentation: Provide packaging notes, deployment instructions, and test results for each application.

    Handover: Deliver packaged applications and associated documentation to the client for production deployment.

     Technical Skills Required

    Application Packaging

    Experience with MSI, MSIX, and Win32 app installation formats.

    Familiarity with IntuneWinAppUtil, PSADT, Master Packager, and other packaging tools.

    Microsoft Intune Administration is helpful

    Knowledge of Intune app deployment workflows, assignment policies, and compliance settings.

    Ability to configure detection rules, dependencies, and supersedence.

    Operating System Knowledge

    Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 environments, registry, file system, and services.

    Awareness of macOS/iOS/Android app deployment basics (if cross-platform support is required).

    Scripting & Automation

    Proficiency in Visual Studio Visual Basic and PowerShell languages for custom install/uninstall scripts, detection logic, and automation.

    Familiarity with batch scripting or other deployment-related scripting languages.
