What You’ll Do
- Analyze healthcare utilization, clinical outcomes, provider performance, and population health trends.
- Develop predictive models and advanced analytics that support strategic business and clinical initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve healthcare quality, reduce costs, and optimize revenue performance.
- Design and build meaningful reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
- Transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and drive organizational performance.
- Conduct statistical analysis, outcome research, and predictive modeling using large healthcare datasets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by translating data into strategic recommendations.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of analytical outputs and reporting solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 4 + years of experience in healthcare analytics, healthcare informatics, data science, information technology, or management consulting.
- Strong experience working with healthcare data and analytical methodologies.
- Experience with one or more of the following: SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI
- Well versed in Population Health Management, Risk Adjustment Programs, Provider Reimbursement Models, Value-Based Care Initiatives, Medical Cost Analytics, HEDIS and AHRQ Quality Metrics, DRG, APC, ETG, MEG, DxCG, HCC, and other healthcare groupers
- Advanced Analytics Experience within Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Statistical Analysis, Regression Modeling, Time Series Forecasting, Cluster Analysis, Decision Trees, Big Data Analytics, Outcome Research
