    Technical Project Manager – Telecom, NOC

    Location: Remote (U.S.)
    Contract Length: Through end of 2026
    Pay: $48.69/hr. W2 + Medical Benefits

    Overview:

    We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support major initiatives within a Network Operations & Architecture PMO. This role focuses on application development supporting Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT development teams, and program leadership to deliver technical enhancements, system improvements, and operational efficiencies.

    What You Will Do:
    • Support application development for NOC and SOC environments
    • Serve as liaison between Network Operations SMEs, IT developers, and program leadership
    • Lead cross-functional technical projects from planning through delivery
    • Gather requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria
    • Coordinate testing, document test cases, track progress, and support bug-fix prioritization
    • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and weekly reporting
    • Ensure projects deliver on time, within scope, and within budget
    • Maintain project documentation, process documentation, and operating procedures
    • Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors
    • Provide direction to operations support engineers

    Must-Have Experience:
    • 8+ years managing cross-functional technical projects
    • 7+ years strong technical background
    • Telecom experience, ideally within Network Operations (NOC/SOC)
    • Ability to interpret and apply technical standards
    • Ability to participate in technical network discussions
    • Experience gathering requirements and coordinating user testing
    • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project lifecycle tools
    • Experience managing both IT and business-side projects• Telecom project management experience
    • Network Operations knowledge
    • JIRA proficiency
    • Agile development experience

    Tier4 Group  is seeking a SharePoint Developer for our client to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration and streamline business processes. This role involves creating customizations, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing data migrations while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

    This contract is 100% REMOTE– Due to the nature of the work, US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED

    Job Summary:

    1. Key Responsibilities Development & Customization: Build and maintain SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
    2. Collaboration: Consult with business leaders, end users, IT staff, and vendors throughout the application lifecycle.
    3. Application Support: Perform maintenance, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Office 365 environments.
    4. Project Leadership: Lead small projects and initiatives, manage high-risk and high-profile deliverables, and motivate team members.
    5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and corporate security policies, including documentation and access control.
    6. Innovation: Stay current with vendor updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to optimize solutions.
    7. Integration: Coordinate with external vendors for third-party service integration within Office 365.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    1. Strong experience administering SharePoint Online and Office 365, including user identity management and permissions.
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams deployment and integration.
    3. Ability to troubleshoot Office 365 services using tools like Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
    4. Experience supporting critical applications and performing complex troubleshooting.
    5. Knowledge of SQL scripts, scripting languages, and automation tools.
    6. Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, SDLC).
    7. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    8. Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.
    9. Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling uncertainty and complex challenges.

    Preferred Qualifications

    1. Technical certifications in application administration or related fields.
    2. Experience as a developer, systems integrator, or solutions architect.
    3. Knowledge of development languages, platforms, and tools.
