  • Sales Enablement IT Project / Program Manager

Sales Enablement IT Project / Program Manager

    Location: Hybrid/Atlanta
Industry: Technology, Sales Enablement, Enterprise Systems

    Role Overview

Tier4 Group is hiring a Senior Project / Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple technology teams supporting Sales Enablement initiatives. This role is highly visible, partnering directly with executive leadership while coordinating day-to-day execution across Salesforce, Data, Integration, and ERP teams.

This is a hands-on technology program management role coordinating multiple engineering teams (Salesforce, Data, Integration, ERP) and owning delivery via Jira.

This is not a traditional PMO or report-only role. We are looking for a hands-on delivery leader who is comfortable working in ambiguity, pulling data directly from Jira, and helping scale a lightweight, practical delivery model as the organization grows.

    Program & Delivery Leadership

    • Own the Sales Enablement program, coordinating work across:
      • Salesforce
      • Data & Analytics
      • Integrations
      • ERP
    • Translate executive-level asks into:
      • Clear initiatives
      • Team-level backlogs
      • Sequenced and dependency-aware plans
    • Ensure alignment across teams with independent Jira boards and sprint cadences

    Execution & Reporting

    • Track progress directly in Jira
    • Identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early
    • Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior leadership (CIO, EVP, CEO-level stakeholders)
    • Ensure teams are truly ready for releases—not just “feature complete”

    Organizational Impact

    • Help evolve the organization from an informal delivery model to a lightweight PMO
    • Influence intake, prioritization, and delivery processes without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
    • Serve as the top-level PM; Scrum Masters will align or report into this role

    What This Role Is Not

    • ❌ Not a slide-deck or status-report-only PM role
    • ❌ Not a heavily templated, process-heavy PMO role
    • ❌ Not infrastructure-focused project management

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Experience

    • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, or RTE
    • Proven experience managing multiple teams toward shared business outcomes
    • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery
    • Hands-on experience working in Jira (not just receiving reports)
    • Executive presence and strong communication skills

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in CRM, Salesforce, or sales-related initiatives
    • SAFe / RTE background
    • Experience scaling delivery practices in a growing or mid-size organization

    Certifications

    • PMP or other certifications are not required
    • Practical experience and delivery aptitude matter more than formal credentials

    Why This Role Matters

Our client is scaling rapidly, and building a modern technology organization from the ground up. This role will directly impact how effectively the company scales—balancing execution speed with discipline and transparency.

Salesforce Business Systems Analyst – Hybrid

    Location: Hybrid / Atlanta GA
    Industry: Sales Enablement / CRM

Tier4 Group is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our growing Sales Enablement organization. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and Salesforce administration and is critical to reducing delivery bottlenecks between business users and engineering.

This is not a traditional BA role and not a junior Salesforce admin position. We are looking for someone who is confident working inside Salesforce—configuring, prototyping, and validating solutions—while partnering closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable, scalable solutions.

    What You’ll Do

    Salesforce-Focused Responsibilities (Primary)

    • Work directly in Salesforce to configure and prototype solutions in lower environments (Dev / Sandbox), including:
      • Custom fields and page layouts
      • Buttons and quick actions
      • Screen and record-triggered flows
      • Reports and dashboards
    • Support data in / data out activities:
      • Data exports
      • Bulk updates
      • Imports using native tools (e.g., Data Import Wizard, Data Loader)
    • Quickly translate business asks into proof-of-concept solutions to validate feasibility and user experience
    • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert for Sales Enablement-related questions

    Business Analysis & Enablement

    • Partner with a Sales Success / Business Liaison to:
      • Clarify requirements
      • Recommend Salesforce-based solutions
      • Identify gaps and risks early
    • Facilitate conversations between business users and technology teams
    • Create clear, well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Hand off validated requirements to the engineering team (Deloitte) for QA, UAT, and production deployment

    What This Role Is Not

    • ❌ Not a pure documentation-only BA role
    • ❌ Not a developer or Apex-heavy role
    • ❌ Not limited to user provisioning or L1 admin work

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Experience

    • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/Admin
    • Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud concepts (leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities)
    • Proven ability to configure Salesforce without relying on developers
    • Comfortable navigating Salesforce Setup, Flow Builder, and Report Builder without assistance
    • Ability to explain Salesforce capabilities clearly to non-technical users

    Nice to Have

    • Experience supporting Sales, Showroom, or Field Operations teams
    • Exposure to CRM integrations or awareness of managed packages (no hands-on dev required)
    • Experience working with offshore engineering teams
