What You’ll Do:
80–90% focus on annual tax return compliance
10–20% supporting general accounting: GL, A/R, A/P, fixed assets, cash management
Exposure to real estate property management and construction accounting
What You Bring:
Expertise in federal & state tax return prep for partnerships and S-corps
Strong Excel skills (certification = a bonus!)
Familiarity with investment accounting, real estate, and construction systems (a plus)
Experience with depreciation calcs (Fed, State, AMT); CS Fixed Asset Solutions = a win
Self-starter mindset + strong collaboration with internal & third-party partners
Detail-driven with top-notch analytical and communication skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Preparing & reviewing federal/state tax returns + supporting schedules
Leading tax planning & quarterly estimates
Conducting technical research on investment tax implications
Tracking fixed assets + depreciation & amortization
Handling tax payments (sales tax, property tax, etc.)
Over time, full-cycle accounting for real estate and financial investments
Resolving discrepancies across assigned entities and third-party reporting

Controller
CFO
External tax and financial partners, JVs
Requirements:
3+ years in tax prep (partnership & S-corp focus)
Bachelor’s in Accounting (required); CPA or MBA (a plus)
1–3 years of general accounting (a plus)
Real estate accounting experience (bonus points!)
