    We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead business-critical initiatives, with a primary focus on the Data Access project. This initiative will deliver a unified data access solution that becomes the single source of truth for all data rights and permissions. It will streamline how engineers access and share data, reduce IT complexity, and strengthen security by building on our zero-trust foundation. Leveraging AI/ML to infer data context, classification, and entitlements, the solution minimizes manual effort and supports future capabilities such as Agentic AI.

     JOB DUTES:

    Lead delivery of a conceptional design, the development of solution architecture, data classification schema, trade study, governance model, proof-of-concept, and a pilot of the solution

    • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and IT leadership.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate project scope and define deliverables.
    • Lead initial analysis and planning to develop baseline scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
    • Gather business requirements and design AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.
    • Work with IT, security, compliance, and data governance teams to develop a conceptual design.
    • Acquire external expertise as needed for design and solution development.
    • Evaluate and select AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
    • Develop a data strategy ensuring quality, integrity, and security.
    • Oversee AI model development, training, and integration with existing systems.
    • Optimize AI models for performance and compliance.
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance AI systems, conducting research on emerging technologies
    • Execute the project following the client Common Process Framework.
    • Create and maintain an integrated schedule, including cross-team dependencies.
    • Maintain a log for risks, issues, and opportunities.
    • Identify and facilitate resolution of roadblocks, escalating larger issues as needed.
    • Track project finances, comparing plan versus actual costs and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
    • Conduct team meetings to ensure timely project execution.
    • Publish weekly status reports and conduct monthly project reviews.
    • Provide oversight for integration and pilot test plans, ensuring stakeholder acceptance.
    • Develop and present pilot metrics, results, and lessons learned.
    • Coordinate communication and Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.

    Remote – Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia, or Ohio

    We’re seeking an experienced IT Manager for Enterprise Medical Imaging (PACS Manager) to lead a dynamic team supporting large-scale, enterprise imaging environments across multiple hospitals and care sites. This is a true people-leadership role requiring strong management, organization, and collaboration skills to guide a technical team and drive strategic imaging initiatives.

    This position offers the opportunity to lead a talented team through major enterprise initiatives in imaging technology—shaping strategy, building team performance, and partnering with senior leadership to drive impactful change across the health system.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of Application Analysts and Imaging Systems professionals supporting enterprise PACS and Epic systems.
    • Develop team goals, provide mentorship, and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Partner with clinical operations and IT leadership to define imaging strategy, manage projects, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Oversee daily operations, system uptime, and performance across enterprise imaging systems (Radiology, Cardiology, and future Digital Pathology).
    • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects—planning, design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.
    • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk; ensure successful delivery of complex, multi-site technology projects.
    • Act as liaison between technical teams, clinical users, and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Maintain operational excellence across all imaging systems, ensuring uptime, performance, and user satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
    • 5+ years of relevant healthcare IT experience with at least 3 years of proven success leading teams through enterprise, large-scale healthcare technology implementations or optimizations.
    • 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
    • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, imaging systems (PACS, VNA), and Epic integration preferred.


    This position demands strong people leadership and communication skills—the ability to manage and inspire technical staff, resolve challenges, and partner effectively across departments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can balance tactical execution with long-term vision, building trust and alignment with executives, clinicians, and IT peers.

    As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, you’ll work closely with IT and business leaders to design scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture frameworks. You’ll play a critical role in integrating new technologies, establishing architectural standards, and ensuring that all IT initiatives align with organizational goals.

    Job Requirements:

    • Design enterprise-wide architecture solutions that support scalability, security, and business agility
    • Conduct architectural reviews, technical risk assessments, and due diligence for new initiatives
    • Develop and maintain architectural frameworks, principles, and best practices
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure architectural alignment
