    Responsibilities:

    o Compile data, track legislation, and assist leadership and teams with special projects as needed.

    • Presentation organization and preparation:

    Responsibilities include preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, collaborating to gather information and create visual aids, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items, and ensuring necessary materials are available before meetings.

    • Communication and administrative support:

    This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for the executive team, managing calls and emails professionally, facilitating communication between teams and external partners, maintaining accurate records, handling confidential information discreetly, and coordinating travel itineraries.

    Required skills and qualifications:

    Candidates should have experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives.     Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented
    Compliance Consultant to support the review and approval of Outside Business Activities (OBAs) and Passive Investments for financial professionals. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity with potential for extension or long-term placement.

    This role is ideal for someone with a compliance or financial services background who enjoys working independently, making risk-based decisions, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment.

    What You’ll Do

    • Review and approve Outside Business Activities (OBAs) and Passive Investments in accordance with FINRA regulations and company policies

     The Role

    The System Architect plays a core role in defining and communicating the technical and architectural vision within a SAFe environment.     The architect will support the the organization’s corporate applications (such as Workday).
