    Title: Accountant – Field Office Accounting Support

    Location: Remote – United States or Hybrid (3 days onsite) in Milwaukee, WI

    Duration: ASAP – 05/18/2027 (minimum commitment 12 months)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an Accountant to support transactional accounting activities for field offices across the country. This role is part of a collaborative accounting team based in our Milwaukee home office and plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial operations for assigned offices nationwide.

    The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting transactions, contribute to month-end close activities, and maintain strong working relationships with field office partners. This position requires a strong foundation in accounting principles, comfort working in a dynamic environment, and a professional communication style.

    Training for this role typically lasts 2+ months, and there may be opportunities for longer-term or employee placement on the team.

    How This Role Fits Into the Team

    You will be part of a dedicated team of accountants responsible for:

    • Transactional accounting
    • Accounts payable
    • Commission processing
    • Monthly and period-end close activities

    While the team is based in Milwaukee, your work directly supports field offices located throughout the United States, making this role both collaborative and impactful.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process accounting transactions, including journal entries (debits/credits)
    • Work within the JD Edwards (JDE) accounting system
    • Process vouchers and commissions
    • Complete monthly period-close reconciliations
    • Support payroll and 1099 processing
    • Assist with training and onboarding of new contractors
    • Maintain ongoing relationships with assigned field offices
    • Participate in office-specific accounting projects
    • Communicate regularly and professionally with field office stakeholders

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
    • Technology proficiency, including:
      • Excel (accurate worksheet maintenance and data manipulation)
      • Outlook (email and calendar management)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems
    • Experience with commission processing
    • Prior transactional accounting or field office support experience

    Work Schedule

    • Standard schedules:
      • 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., or
      • 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
    • Flexibility is available with appropriate notice and coverage

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support one of our clients by partnering directly with hiring leaders and internal teams to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes. This role operates as a trusted advisor embedded within the client’s organization, helping shape recruiting strategies, influence talent decisions, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

    The Talent Acquisition Consultant will support either Corporate Functions or Product, Sales, and Services teams and will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and external suppliers to meet evolving workforce needs.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process from intake through offer, with a strong emphasis on hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
    • Consult with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, forecast hiring demand, and provide labor market insights
    • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, ATS/CRM tools, web searches, and Boolean search methods
    • Deliver a high‑quality, consistent candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process
    • Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on defined competencies, role requirements, and business needs
    • Manage requisitions, approvals, candidate status, and reporting within the applicant tracking system and/or vendor management system
    • Track recruiting metrics and use data to influence hiring decisions and contingent workforce spend
    • Provide guidance to hiring managers on compensation, job market trends, and hiring best practices
    • Promote inclusive hiring practices by encouraging diverse candidate slates and inclusive decision‑making
    • Participate in cross‑functional, enterprise, or process‑improvement recruiting initiatives

    Contingent Recruiting Responsibilities (as applicable)

    • Facilitate supplier Q&A sessions related to open requisitions
    • Review and screen contingent candidate profiles for skills, experience, and availability
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and suppliers
    • Support onboarding, offboarding, extensions, transfers, and backfills while ensuring compliance with client policies
    • Build and maintain strong, professional supplier relationships

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
    • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full‑cycle recruiting
    • Proven ability to act as a consultative partner to hiring leaders
    • Advanced sourcing and Boolean search expertise
    • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and/or VMS platforms (VNDLY experience preferred)
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
    • Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics and reporting
    • Working knowledge of EEO and compliant hiring practices
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
