Role: Agent Recruiter
Contract Length / Duration: 6 months (with potential for 3 month extension)

We are in search of an Agent Recruiter who will play a key role in supporting high-volume hiring needs by identifying, engaging, and guiding qualified candidates through the recruitment process. This role partners closely with hiring managers to meet staffing goals and ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify qualified candidates using the applicant tracking system, job boards, and professional associations. Collaborate with staffing agencies and hiring managers to fill sales positions and support project-driven hiring needs.
- Review and screen candidate application materials, including cover letters, resumes, applications, recommendation letters, and work samples. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess whether candidates meet required skills and qualifications.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the creation of job requisitions. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
- Complete pre-employment coordination tasks such as scheduling interviews and travel, initiating background checks, arranging assessments, preparing new hire documentation, and assisting with orientation logistics.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of Workday experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using multiple applicant tracking systems and various job boards.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Sales recruiting experience preferred.
