    Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
    Location:
    Norcross, GA
    Contract Position (3-6 months with possible extension)
    Work Arrangement:
    Hybrid (flexible)

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will help execute and enhance digital marketing efforts across a variety of channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending data-driven insights with creative execution to improve digital engagement and customer experiences. The position will focus heavily on owned channels—particularly website and email—while collaborating closely with property teams, internal stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors.

    What You’ll Do

    • Collaborate with Account Directors and property leadership to support marketing initiatives across multiple locations

    • Coordinate with Marketing Communications and property teams to refresh and maintain digital content across channels including email, SMS, mobile applications, and websites

    • Build, deploy, test, and optimize digital campaigns using approved assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and digital best practices

    • Partner with Commerce, Ticketing, and Marketing teams to manage promotional content, offers, passes, and ticketing information across owned digital platforms

    • Apply audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance

    • Identify, troubleshoot, and document marketing technology issues, working with IT and third-party vendors as needed

    • Provide guidance and training to property teams on new tools and platform capabilities

    • Monitor and maintain digital analytics, tracking pixels, and performance reporting to support continuous optimization

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Design, or a related discipline

    • At least three years of experience working with email marketing or marketing automation platforms; CRM experience is strongly preferred

    • Hands-on experience managing website content using a CMS (Umbraco preferred)

    • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and email platforms (Wrike and Iterable are a plus)

    • Working knowledge of responsive design principles and front-end basics, including HTML and CSS

    • Demonstrated experience launching and managing digital marketing campaigns

    Skills & Attributes

    • Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools is a plus

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data management

    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams

  • Project Manager

    Job Title: Project Manager – Technology (Contract, Hybrid)
    Location: Norcross, GA
    Duration: Full-time Contract
    Work Arrangement: Hybrid (onsite and remote)

    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a Project Manager to join a growing technology team supporting multiple business units and initiatives. This role is responsible for managing projects or project work streams across various areas to ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading technical projects, familiar with IT infrastructure, and is a results-driven team player with strong communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple technology projects or work streams from discovery and initiation through implementation.

    • Develop project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

    • Identify, track, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, working to define solutions.

    • Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders using project management best practices and tools.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    • Communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders, including status updates and escalations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or commensurate relevant experience).

    • 5-8+ years of experience in a project management role within an IT environment.

    • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.

    • Experience managing IT infrastructure, system implementations, or software development projects is strongly preferred.

    • Action-oriented team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Excellent communication skills and professional presence to build trust and credibility.

    • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities.

    • Excellent meeting facilitation and presentation skills.

    • PMP and/or Agile Scrum Master certifications are preferred.

    • Experience in industries such as entertainment, hospitality, or retail is a plus.

    About the Role:
    This is a hybrid contract role with some onsite work in Norcross, GA. The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
