    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and end-user support for computer systems, hardware, software, mobile devices, and applications. This role is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys problem-solving, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting a fast-paced office environment.

    The Technical Support Analyst will serve as a key resource for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users through multiple channels, and helping ensure a seamless technology experience across the organization.

    Important Information

    • This position requires onsite attendance five days per week in Lower Manhattan, New York. Remote work opportunities are extremely limited and subject to manager approval.
    • All training will be conducted onsite at the New York office.
    • A company-issued laptop and standard equipment will be provided. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first-level technical support to employees through phone, chat, and in-person interactions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
      • Windows and Mac hardware
      • Software applications
      • Password and account access
      • Mobile devices
      • Network connectivity
      • Office technology and end-user computing environments
    • Research, analyze, and resolve technical issues escalated to the Service Desk.
    • Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities in accordance with established processes.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
    • Assist and provide backup support for other technology teams, including audiovisual and specialized support functions.
    • Support technology deployments, upgrades, and other IT initiatives as needed.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience providing technical support in a professional environment.
    • Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
    • Experience supporting hardware, software, mobile devices, and user account management.
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to assist users at all technical skill levels.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience supporting enterprise environments and service desk operations.
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
    • Experience providing in-person, phone, and chat-based technical support.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the daily execution and growth of our Securities-Based Lending (SBL) program. This role is ideal for an individual looking to build a career in financial services while gaining exposure to lending products, advisor engagement, business analytics, and operational strategy.

    The Financial Analyst will work closely with lending, operations, and business partners to support pipeline management, reporting, product initiatives, and advisor-facing programs. This position offers significant visibility within the organization and provides an excellent foundation for future advancement into a Financial Advisor career path.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the day-to-day execution of the Securities-Based Lending (SBL) program.
    • Track lending pipeline activity, maintain documentation, and manage follow-up actions.
    • Enter loan estimates and support operational reviews of newly submitted lending opportunities.
    • Work independently and collaborate across the lending team to advance strategic initiatives and resolve outstanding issues.
    • Assist with advisor inquiries, product workflows, and new business opportunity sourcing.
    • Maintain accurate records, project tracking, KPI reporting, and operational documentation.
    • Monitor utilization reporting and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Collect and summarize advisor and field feedback to support product enhancements and process improvements.
    • Develop advisor-facing materials including process guides, FAQs, training toolkits, and product resources.
    • Support business continuity efforts by ensuring timely and accurate reporting and operational execution.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency and improve the advisor experience.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Copilot.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check and qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA requirements.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or lending operations.
    • Experience supporting lending products such as:
      • Securities-Based Lending (SBL)
      • Margin Lending
      • Credit-Based Products
      • Other Wealth Management Lending Solutions
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new lending systems and tools.
    • Understanding of lending workflows, operations, and the product lifecycle.
