Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Location: Natick, Massachusetts

We’re looking for a highly experienced Principal SAP Analyst with deep expertise in SAP OTC and FTM. This role requires 10–15 years of hands-on SAP experience, strong understanding of cross-module integrations, and the ability to design and optimize complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and implementation for SAP OTC and FTM processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, FI, CO, and other modules
• Manage and optimize integrations with third-party tax engines like OneSource, Avalara, and Vertex
• Support integrations with invoicing platforms such as Edicom, Ariba, and Coupa
• Configure pricing, billing, credit management, AR, and GL processes
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex system issues
• Mentor junior analysts and act as the OTC/FTM subject matter expert
• Ensure compliance with finance regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls
• Partner with technical teams on interfaces, data migration, and system upgrades
• Support unit, integration, and UAT testing cycles
• Develop functional specifications, configuration guides, and process documentation
• Assist with integrations involving CRM and CPQ tools like Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of SAP OTC/FTM experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or principal role
• Strong expertise in SAP SD, FI, CO, MM, and cross-module dependencies
• Hands-on experience with tax engine integrations, invoicing platforms, and payment gateways
• Advanced configuration experience in pricing, billing, AR/AP, GL, and credit management
• SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation experience preferred
• Strong understanding of finance processes, compliance, and audit requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead workshops and present solutions to senior leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• SAP certifications are a plus
• Salesforce experience is a plus
