Job Title: Property Management Coordinator (Data Center Operations)

Summary:

As a member of the property management team, you’ll provide administrative, operational, and financial support while partnering with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure smooth property operations. Key Responsibilities:
— Provide administrative support to the Property Management team across multiple data center properties.
— Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice management, expense payments, accrual tracking, and lease-related documentation.
— Respond to customer inquiries and service requests, coordinating with internal teams to support timely resolution.
— Monitor vendor performance and help ensure service levels and contractual obligations are met.
— Maintain and track certificates of insurance for vendors and customers.
— Keep accurate and up-to-date records for vendors, customers, leases, and property documentation.
–Prepare and distribute correspondence to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
— Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
— Manage lease files and other property-related records to ensure organization and compliance.
— Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally.
— Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
— Coordinate meetings, customer visits, and special events.
— Conduct periodic site visits to monitor office needs and maintain clerical and office supplies.
Qualifications:
— 23 years of administrative, office support, property management, or related experience preferred.
— Recent college graduates with strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
— Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
— Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
— Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills:
— Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
— Experience with purchase order and invoicing systems preferred.
— Familiarity with Yardi, Oracle, or similar property management/accounting platforms is a plus.
