Hybrid Commute – Northeast Metro Greater Atlanta
- Lead cross-functional IT projects end-to-end (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
- Develop and manage project plans, charters, and resource strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives
- Drive clear accountability across project teams
- Partner with business and technical leaders to define requirements and success metrics
- Translate business strategy into actionable project plans
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Influence decisions and build alignment across teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Facilitate governance processes such as stage gates, checkpoints, and reviews
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies
- Contribute to the development and maturity of PMO frameworks
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
- Track spend and ensure financial accountability across initiatives
- Support prioritization and capacity planning efforts
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and tools
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across IT and the business
- Support broader IT operational and strategic initiatives as needed
- 5–8 years of IT Project Management experience
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level, cross-functional projects
- Experience with ERP implementations strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid models)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
- Proven ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field required
