    Data Integration Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and Develop Integration Solutions: Create and implement integration workflows, understanding business requirements, data sources, and target systems.
    • Build Data Integration Processes: Develop and configure processes to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data between various systems, including data warehouses, Azure, Medius, Workday and other applications.
    • Maintain Data Warehouse: Create and maintain integration processes from ERP systems and other source systems into a data warehouse to maximize uptime and fresh data to be fed into Power BI reports for business users.
    • Implement EDI File Transmission: Configure integration systems to handle the transmission and transformation of EDI messages between trading partners, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
    • Integrate with Workday and Medius: Establish seamless integration between Azure and Workday, as well as Medius, to enable smooth accounts payable automation and streamline invoice processing.
    • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, data architects, system administrators, and other team members to gather requirements and ensure effective integration solutions.
    • Ensure Data Quality: Implement data validation mechanisms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to business rules.
    • Optimize Performance: Analyze and optimize integration processes, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
    • Document and Report: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation of integration processes, mappings, configurations, and workflows. Generate reports and provide insights into integration activities.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Azure, data integration, and the systems used (Workday, Medius, etc.). Qualifications:
    • Heavy experience using Azure processes (ADF, Azure SQL DB, etc.)
    • SQL experience (SSMS, SSIS, SSAS)
    • Python experience
    • Proficiency managing/deploying/supporting APIs and leveraging common frameworks such as message queuing, caching, complex mapping, and scripting (JavaScript, Groovy).
    • Proficiency with integration technologies such as HTTP Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and Flat file.
    • Experience with JDBC adapter, JMS adapter, Web Service (SOAP and REST), and WSDL.
    • Understanding of enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and data integration patterns, including Pub/Sub Messaging, EIP, Event-Driven Architecture, SOA, and iPaaS.
    • Experience in maintaining existing APIs, reviewing, and enhancing code.
    • Familiarity with various relational databases like Oracle, MS-SQL Server, and MySQL.
    • Knowledge of EDI X12/EDIFACT transaction sets and working with real-time and scheduled processes.
    • Strong technical designing, interface designing, research and development skills, client interaction, onsite coordination, estimations, application development, documentation, and code review.

    Job Title: Data Analyst / BI Developer

    Location: Texas (Remote with occasional in-office requirement: 2 days/month)

    Overview

    We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Analyst/BI Developer to join a purpose-driven data team focused on developing dashboards, monitoring AI models, and enhancing internal reporting products. This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape how data insights are delivered and used across the organization.

    In this role, you’ll work closely with senior analysts, data scientists, and product teams to build data solutions that inform decision-making and support operational excellence.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards for tracking AI model performance, including metrics such as bias, drift, and output accuracy.

    • Support and enhance existing internal data products used for operational and strategic insights.

    • Perform data integration and analysis using Python to enable automation and improve data workflows.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, and product stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usability of insights.

    • Apply foundational statistical methods to validate data integrity and interpret findings.

    • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and optimize data processes.


    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Information Systems, Public Health, Business Analytics).

    • Proficient in Power BI, including strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and dashboard/report development.

    • Experience using Python for data transformation, analysis, or automation.

    • Solid understanding of basic statistics and how to apply them in a business context.

    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Must reside in Texas and be able to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings (minimum two days per month).


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Background working with healthcare data or in a data-driven role supporting healthcare-related initiatives.

    • Familiarity with evaluating AI model performance or working with data science teams.
