We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Data Engineer to play a key role in transforming raw data into consistent, machine-readable formats that power data-driven decisions across the organization. This role is responsible for designing and testing scalable data architectures that support efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with advanced programming skills, a deep understanding of data integration best practices, and a collaborative mindset. This role requires strong analytical abilities and a passion for building high-quality data solutions in a fast-paced environment.
The position is remote but must sit in one the states listed here and work PST: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, New Hampshire, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines that ensure data accuracy, quality, and reliability.

Develop and optimize ETL processes to support data integration from various structured and unstructured sources.

Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team and analysts to enable advanced data modeling and analytics.

Monitor data systems for performance, scalability, and availability; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Ensure adherence to data governance policies and maintain thorough documentation of data workflows.

Implement and enforce data security measures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support analytical and reporting needs.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.

5+ years of advanced experience in Data Engineering, including designing ETL pipelines and data warehouse architecture.

Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Education & Experience:
