Job Title: Business Systems Support Specialist – Invoicing & Reporting Systems

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Support Specialist with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving problems across internal business systems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing invoicing workflows, maintaining enterprise reporting tools, and resolving support tickets to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to support core platforms including AS400 ACOM, Inspire, and PVE, while also contributing to automation initiatives and documentation practices. Key Responsibilities:

Support and troubleshoot invoicing software, including scripting (C++), form layout customization, and workflow optimization.

Help maintain and improve internal web-based workflow automation tools.

Administer and support AS400 ACOM systems used for critical documentation (e.g., shipping tickets, order acknowledgments, POs).

Manage Inspire software for check and invoice printing processes.

Support PVE tools used for invoice and check imaging (PDF management).

Ensure proper functioning of document repository systems to support secure and efficient document storage.

Write and maintain PowerShell and batch scripts to streamline internal IT operations.

Develop reports and dashboards using SQL, Showcase Query, and Report Writer for cross-departmental reporting needs.
Qualifications:

Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries.

Proficient in report development using Showcase Query and Report Writer.

Hands-on experience with scripting languages, particularly C++ and PowerShell.
- Exposure to AS400 ACOM systems and enterprise print management tools is preferred.
- Experience with JD Edwards and iSeries is A PLUS.

Experience supporting internal users and resolving Tier 1–2 technical issues across multiple departments.

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
