Partner with business and design teams to define the optimal look and feel, including layout, typography, color palettes, icons, and visual standards.
Ensure solutions are visually cohesive, accessible, and aligned with brand and usability standards.

Support interaction design by defining intuitive user flows, transitions, and controls.
Conduct usability testing and usability prototyping with real users to identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with business sponsors, product owners, developers, and architects to translate requirements into feasible, user‑focused solutions.
Act as a bridge between user goals, business needs, and technical constraints.

Develop and influence UX/UI design strategy for critical applications.
Provide guidance and support to other Business Analysts during requirements and analysis phases.
Advise teams on UX research methodologies, testing approaches, and design best practices.
