In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate and inspire craft teams and subcontractors, ensuring every project is a success from start to finish. You’ll report directly to the General Superintendent and play a key role in shaping our company’s legacy.

What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
Required: 8+ years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, and 10+ years of hands-on leadership experience.

Skills & Abilities
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Deep understanding of construction technologies, equipment, and best practices.
Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and adapt quickly to changing project needs.

Physical Requirements
Ability to see clearly (with or without corrective lenses).
Manual dexterity and coordination for hands-on tasks.
Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders/scaffolding, and navigating active job sites.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage craft personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Drive Project Success: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Collaborate: Work closely with project management, clients, and contractors to interpret drawings, recommend methods, and resolve challenges.

Champion Safety: Enforce rigorous safety standards and promote a culture of safety awareness in partnership with our Safety Director.

Optimize Performance: Maximize productivity, ensure efficient use of resources, and uphold contractual commitments.

Problem-Solve: Provide technical guidance, address field issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Document & Report: Maintain thorough records, report violations, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Contribute: Take on additional duties as assigned, always striving to go above and beyond.
