What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the design process from concept to implementation.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and interaction models that communicate your vision clearly.

Translate complex business and user challenges into intuitive, impactful designs.

Conduct user research and usability testing, and apply findings to improve design outcomes.

Work closely with product managers and engineers to define roadmaps and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Maintain thorough design documentation and contribute to scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.

Ensure consistency across products by aligning with visual, brand, and motion design standards.
How You’ll Collaborate

Partner with developers and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of designs.

Present and explain your design rationale to peers, leadership, and executives.

What You Bring

7–10+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, with 3+ years in financial services or banking.

A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and high-quality outcomes across web and mobile platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Experience in both agency and in-house design environments.

Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Background in visual/graphic design or experience in people/team management.
