Job Opportunity: Senior Technical Program Manager – Fintech
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – onsite on occasion for meetings)
Duration: through January 2026 – chance to extend
Pay Rate: $80.54/hr W2

�� About the Role:

We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to lead a highly visible, strategic onboarding and servicing transformation program. This initiative is core to the organization’s long-term customer experience and technology roadmap, with direct executive oversight. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technology program management, payments or financial services, and have experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives.

�� Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of onboarding and servicing technology programs
  2. Own cross-functional coordination across business, technology, compliance, and external vendors
  3. Drive project delivery across Agile and Waterfall workstreams using tools like JIRA and Clarity
  4. Engage with executive stakeholders to report status, manage expectations, and resolve escalations
  5. Track scope, timeline, resources, and budget for multiple projects and ensure alignment with business goals
  6. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact program success
  7. Ensure all workstreams comply with regulatory and security standards (PCI-DSS, SOC, GDPR, etc.)
  8. Support initiatives that may include real-time payments, merchant onboarding, CRM/API integration, and AI-based servicing tools

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  1. 10+ years of experience in techncial program or project management, ideally in payments or fintech
  2. Proven experience delivering onboarding, servicing, or digital transformation programs
  3. Strong technical fluency – ability to partner with engineering, security, and data teams
  4. Experience with compliance-heavy environments (PCI, SOC, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)
  5. Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, JIRA, Clarity, and reporting tools like Power BI
  7. PMP, SAFe, CISA, or related certifications strongly preferred
