What You’ll Lead
You will play a central leadership role across major enterprise programs such as:
Analytics & AI Program
- Helping stand up analytics and AI capabilities from the ground up
- No existing data models, designs, or governance — you will help shape them
- Driving accountability, structure, and cross‑functional alignment
CRM & Platform Strategy Program
- Working across Salesforce, Dynamics/XRM, Microsoft Power Platform
- Coordinating CRM strategies for stakeholder engagement, event management, and secure data intake
- Evaluating platform direction and helping steer roadmap decisions
Modernization of Processes & Procedures
- Leading modernization efforts across business processes, workflows, and standards
- Improving efficiency, transparency, and scalability organization‑wide
You may also manage risk mitigation projects and other cross‑functional strategic efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large, multi‑year programs with operational and technology dependencies
- Provide a holistic view of progress, risks, issues, and inter‑program impacts
- Lead and mature governance and controls, adapting to different stakeholders’ needs
- Identify and manage stakeholders, both direct and indirect, including influencers
- Drive dependency management and issue tracking, pushing items to closure
- Deliver strong change management and communication strategies to ensure adoption
- Build or refine business cases and assess organizational readiness
- Seek information proactively, facilitate cross‑functional leadership, alignment, and accountability
- Participate in contract/vendor reviews as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in program management overseeing large, multi‑workstream technology/program portfolios
- Strong stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in governance, process improvement, and organizational change
- Ability to navigate evolving, fast‑paced environments
- Experience with CRM platforms, AI/analytics initiatives, or modernization efforts is a plus
