Product Manager 

Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Contract through end of year, with strong potential for extension

We are seeking a Product Manager to support ongoing initiatives within underwriting and risk platforms. This role is ideal for a mid-level product professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, Agile environment and can step confidently into an active project from day one.

You will partner closely with product, design, engineering, underwriting, risk, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. This position plays a key role in shaping product enhancements, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and driving successful implementation of product initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and write clear, well-defined user stories for underwriting and risk systems
  • Participate in and support UAT and user acceptance processes
  • Translate technical concepts into language that business users can easily understand
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and reviews
  • Help drive product strategy and support implementation and rollout plans
  • Support products within the Unified Credit Module, including Credit Shield and Pay USM
  • Manage enhancements, troubleshooting, and product documentation (such as user guides)
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX design teams and development partners
  • Support the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and post-launch improvements
  • Assist sales and credit teams with product expertise, tools, and collateral
  • Serve as a product advocate during development ceremonies, demos, UAT, and project meetings

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Product Manager or similar role
  • Strong background in project and product management
  • Proven experience creating and managing user stories and requirements
  • Comfort leading initiatives from idea through delivery
  • Ability to stay highly organized and manage multiple priorities and calendars
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Hands-on experience performing or supporting UAT

Nice to Have

  • Ability to create simple process flows, system diagrams, or data diagrams
  • Experience contributing to project plans
  • Familiarity with using Copilot or AI tools to support feature development or documentation
