Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid; remote with onsite 2x/month)
Type: Contract (12 months)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a senior-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant to support large, enterprise-wide transformation programs. This role is for a strategic change leader, not a communications or training coordinator.
You will partner closely with program and executive leadership to embed change thinking into how transformation is designed, governed, and executed.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive enterprise change strategy
- Advise leaders on change impacts and readiness
- Integrate OCM into ERP and transformation programs
- Shape governance, sponsorship, and adoption strategies
- Influence senior stakeholders through ambiguity
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level OCM experience in large transformations
- ERP or enterprise systems change experience
- Strategic mindset beyond comms and training
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
