Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid; remote with onsite 2x/month)
Type: Contract (12 months)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a senior-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant to support large, enterprise-wide transformation programs. This role is for a strategic change leader, not a communications or training coordinator.

You will partner closely with program and executive leadership to embed change thinking into how transformation is designed, governed, and executed.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive enterprise change strategy
  • Advise leaders on change impacts and readiness
  • Integrate OCM into ERP and transformation programs
  • Shape governance, sponsorship, and adoption strategies
  • Influence senior stakeholders through ambiguity

What We’re Looking For

  • Senior-level OCM experience in large transformations
  • ERP or enterprise systems change experience
  • Strategic mindset beyond comms and training
  • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
