  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Dayforce solutions
  • Lead configuration and customization across WFM, HCM, Payroll, and Benefits modules
  • Design and optimize pay policies, pay groups, entitlements (PTO), and union-based premium pay structures
  • Review and enhance integrations, interfaces, and data flows, identifying and resolving gaps
  • Drive system optimization and post-implementation improvements, including cleanup and performance tuning
  • Oversee testing strategy and execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and stability
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT to troubleshoot issues and guide best practices
  • Document configurations and support knowledge transfer and end-user enablement

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of Dayforce experience in a techno-functional or consulting capacity
  • Deep expertise across Dayforce WFM, HCM, Payroll, and Benefits, including configuration and integrations
  • Strong experience with:
    • Complex pay policies, entitlements, and union pay structures
    • Interfaces, integrations, and data validation
  • Proven ability to lead troubleshooting, optimization, and system enhancements in a post-implementation environment
