Sr. Epic Analyst (Cheers)

We are in search of an experienced Epic Analyst who has worked with Cheers or has Omnichannel experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, validate, and maintain Epic clinical or revenue cycle applications.
- Provide technical consulting, end-user support, and solutions delivery.
- Lead and mentor fellow analysts on project implementation and best practices.
- Manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams, clinical and financial departments, and Epic partners.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application errors and system issues independently.
- Participate in upgrade planning, testing, and implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships with application vendors and stakeholders.
- Assist with Epic Security assignment and template maintenance as needed.
- Provide scheduled on-call coverage and respond to support requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.
- Create clear documentation for all support, issues, and project updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in clinical, business, or healthcare operations.
- Must obtain Epic certification for assigned area within 90 days of training completion (if not already certified).
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
- Experience in Cheers or Omnichannel call management systems is HIGHLY preferred.
