We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Manager (MS 365 CRM Dynamics upgrade) to manage backlogs and software releases using Azure DevOps, facilitate Agile methodologies, drive team collaboration, and ensure smooth sprint execution. You will be supporting the Application Services team in delivering solutions to the ERO Enterprise. This role is critical in fostering an efficient and high-performing Agile environment while ensuring compliance with internal and external obligations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure Agile processes are documented and aligned with compliance obligations.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and promote effective collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications (e.g., customers, stakeholders).
- Work with product owners to manage and prioritize backlogs.
- Oversee user acceptance activities.
- Identify and resolve conflicts, removing obstacles that hinder progress.
- Guide teams in effectively implementing Agile-driven changes.
- Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards.
- Foster a culture of ownership and engagement within teams.
- Gather domain knowledge and business process insights through customer interactions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for product-related issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
About You

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to analyze and understand complex business processes.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, application function points, and UI design.
- Strong experience Agile methodologies and Sprints.
- Backlog management and software release build experience, utilizing Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics suite of solutions.
- Application platform development and configuration experience.
- Background in business process improvement techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of the electric power industry and compliance.
- Familiarity with federal agencies (DOE, DHS, FERC).
