Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-wide digital initiatives. In this role, you will oversee large-scale programs spanning multiple teams and product areas, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful execution from planning through delivery.

This position will focus on managing Epics and delivery programs across Human Resources and Corporate Affairs-related technology teams, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, and driving strategic outcomes through Agile practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex cross-functional technology programs and digital solutions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery plans that align business objectives, technical requirements, dependencies, and timelines.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and other scaled Agile ceremonies to ensure teams remain aligned and focused on key priorities.
• Establish program structures, governance, and reporting mechanisms to support successful execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively removing delivery impediments.
• Partner with business leaders, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive clarity around objectives, priorities, and success measures.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for multidisciplinary initiatives with significant organizational impact.
• Monitor program progress, resource allocation, and delivery outcomes to ensure commitments are met.
• Translate complex technical and business information into clear, actionable communications for diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Experience delivering digital solutions within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated success working within Scaled Agile frameworks and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing large-scale programs using Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and technical delivery practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT
