Senior Product Owner / Project Manager — Healthcare Analytics Programs
Hybrid Onsite in Atlanta, GA (2-3 days per week)
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner / Project Manager (50/50 mix) to drive execution of high-impact initiatives across data, analytics, and research programs focused on healthcare risk and performance.
This role serves as a hybrid delivery leader, translating strategic priorities into actionable workstreams and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Do

Serve as Product Owner for research, analytics, and content teams

Manage and prioritize team backlogs aligned to strategic objectives

Translate initiatives into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria

Coordinate complex cross-functional projects across multiple teams

Participate in PI Planning and manage dependencies across programs

Represent business and customer perspectives throughout delivery

Track progress, risks, and KPIs; communicate status to leadership

Ensure on-time, on-budget execution of strategic initiatives

Manage vendor deliverables and external partners
What You Bring
-
5–10 years of experience in product or project management
-
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments preferred

Proven success in Agile or SAFe environments

Experience as Product Owner, Agile PM, or similar role

Strong backlog management and prioritization skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
