What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving complex technology initiatives from planning through execution while serving as the central point of coordination between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Leading project execution across cross-functional teams
• Facilitating project meetings, status updates, risk reviews, and stakeholder communications
• Managing project timelines, dependencies, and resource coordination
• Identifying and mitigating risks before they impact delivery
• Providing leadership updates and executive-level reporting
• Driving accountability and ensuring successful project outcomes
• Partnering with technology and business leaders to align project execution with strategic goals

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology projects
• Exceptional planning and scheduling capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Ability to influence teams and drive projects to completion
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Jira for project planning and tracking
• Background supporting infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations
