Technical Product Owner

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to support a growing portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives focused on both new development and enhancement of existing platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business and engineering, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable work for Agile delivery teams.
This is a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly, and the ability to bring clarity, structure, and momentum is critical.
What You’ll Do
Product Ownership & Delivery
• Own and manage the product backlog for enterprise development initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with engineering teams to drive delivery across new builds and enhancements
• Prioritize work based on business value, technical dependencies, and organizational goals
Agile / SAFe Execution
• Operate within a SAFe environment across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Ensure alignment between product vision and execution across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering
• Work closely with leaders across Business Units to align priorities
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and consistently
Documentation & Requirements
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation including:
• User stories
• Epics and features
• Acceptance criteria
• Process flows and functional requirements
• Ensure traceability from business need to delivered solution
What You Bring
Experience
• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments
• Proven experience supporting enterprise-level development projects (custom apps, integrations, data platforms, etc.)
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong experience in Agile delivery environments
• SAFe experience strongly preferred
• Appian experience is strongly preferred
Technical Acumen
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical dependencies
• Experience supporting modern enterprise ecosystems (cloud, APIs, data platforms, etc.)
