IT Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong IT background to lead enterprise-level initiatives, including ERP selection and implementation, system integrations, and data migrations. This individual will play a key role in helping the organization evaluate and transition to a new ERP platform across multiple business units.
This role requires someone who can clearly communicate complex technical initiatives, drive cross-functional alignment, and “tell the story” of project progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP-related initiatives, including evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new ERP system
- Manage integrations, data migrations, and system modernization efforts
- Partner closely with business units, including Finance, to support initiatives such as ACH, automated billing, and recurring billing processes
- Develop and manage detailed project plans using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Provide clear, structured communication and executive-level storytelling around project status, risks, and milestones
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives
Qualifications
- Strong IT project management background with proven experience leading complex system implementations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including selection and implementation (current environment includes QuickBooks in the U.S.)
- Experience with system integrations and data migration efforts
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Experience managing project budgets and allocating resources effectively
- Exposure to financial systems or accounting processes is preferred
Nice to Have
- Background working on financial system enhancements such as billing automation or payment processing (ACH, recurring billing)
- Experience supporting multiple business units during large-scale system transformations
