Senior Business Analyst

Long-term Contract (12+ months)
Remote with some travel to Atlanta, GA (less than 15%)

About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology—with a strong emphasis on change management. In this role, you’ll be a key driver of transformation, serving as a bridge between our business units and the Business Technology (BT) organization. This is not just about gathering requirements; it’s about guiding change, advocating for strategic initiatives, and ensuring technology solutions are aligned with enterprise objectives and adopted successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the organization’s strategy, operations, services, and challenges to identify meaningful opportunities for change.

  • Partner with business units to surface, assess, and prioritize initiatives that drive strategic impact.

  • Champion change by communicating the “why” behind initiatives, helping to build buy-in and readiness across stakeholders.

  • Represent BT capabilities and constraints to the business, ensuring that solutions are realistic, scalable, and sustainable.

  • Lead the development of business cases and project justifications that articulate strategic value and readiness for change.

  • Act as a change agent—engaging cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and driving organizational adoption.

  • Foster strong, trusted partnerships across business and technology groups to maintain alignment and ensure successful implementation of change.

  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts and support initiatives that drive innovation, growth, and lasting transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience in strategic business analysis with a strong track record of leading or supporting change initiatives.

  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, etc.) is a strong plus.

  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as NPV to support decision-making.

  • Skilled communicator and influencer with the ability to drive alignment and adoption across all levels of the organization.

  • Comfortable navigating both business and technical domains, with a pragmatic and value-driven mindset.

Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of our organization by enabling smarter, more aligned decision-making between business and technology. If you’re passionate about strategic thinking, change advocacy, and meaningful collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
