About the Team
Join a collaborative team of 6 engineers and 2 team leads within the Enterprise Services Security Domain. We manage and support multiple security tools that help protect the organization’s infrastructure and applications.
Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (CST)
In This Role, You Will:

Analyze, design, implement, and support email and SaaS security solutions.

Develop processes and automation to address security configuration gaps, focused on continuous improvement and secure-by-default practices.

Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot integration issues with security tools and SaaS applications.

Provide clear and thorough documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Must-Have Skills:
-
Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and developers.
-
Strong experience as a Systems Engineer in enterprise environments.

Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS platforms and related security.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
-
Experience as a Full Stack Developer in challenging environments.

Exposure to Application Vulnerability Management.

Familiarity with Gen AI, Microsoft 365, or Digital Workplace technologies.
Preferred Technical Skills:
-
Development or scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash, and/or .NET).

Experience with vulnerability management tools and governance.

Knowledge of collaboration security solutions (e.g., M365 Purview, email filtering, Slack/Zoom security settings, CASB).

SaaS configuration management aligned with security best practices.

Exposure to multiple OS environments: Windows, Mac, Linux (both workstation & server).

Working knowledge of industry frameworks like NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS Benchmarks.

Understanding of core cybersecurity domains: security engineering, IAM, incident response, monitoring, pen testing, and vulnerability management.

Preferred Background:

5–8 years of experience in IT, with hands-on cybersecurity exposure.

Education or certification in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent work/life experience.
