Senior Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands‑on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with proven insurance industry experience. In this role, you will take ownership of complex Salesforce development work and partner closely with our Salesforce Administrators to understand business needs, validate technical solutions, and deliver scalable, high‑quality builds. This position requires solid problem‑solving skills, clean coding practices, and the ability to create intuitive, user‑friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and UI customizations
- Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and custom REST/SOAP APIs
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and validated solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend long‑term fixes
- Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
- Maintain documentation and communicate progress clearly and consistently
- Support deployment, testing, and release management
- Apply UX and web design principles to deliver clean and intuitive experiences
Technical Skills
- Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML
- Visual Studio Code and Salesforce CLI
- Experience with integration patterns and middleware concepts
- Strong understanding of scalable and secure development practices
- Ability to design and build Experience Cloud sites and permissions
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and performance best practices
Education & Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
