Overview

The Salesforce Developer will build, enhance, and optimize Salesforce components to support wealth management workflows for a regional banking client. The developer will collaborate closely with the BA, Administrator, and Engagement Lead to deliver tailored functionality for the client’s advisory teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex classes, triggers, flows, and integrations.
  • Build scalable solutions for onboarding, householding, advisor-client interactions, portfolio servicing, and compliance workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) with wealth platforms (e.g., custodial systems, KYC tools, portfolio systems).
  • Leverage Practifi AI capabilities to enhance automation, document processing, workflow intelligence, and advisor recommendations (desired skill – not required)
  • Implement secure data models for financial accounts, goals, financial holdings, and interactions.
  • Optimize system performance, code quality, and security per banking and IT standards.
  • Support unit testing, deployment pipelines (CI/CD), and release management.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce FSC data models (Financial Accounts, Goals, Households, Relationships)
  • Experience with Practifi AI frameworks and advisory workflow automation (preferred, not required).
  • Strong understanding of wealth management systems, custodial data, trade files, and client servicing workflows.
  • Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, integration patterns, and security models.
  • Knowledge of banking regulatory constraints (data retention, access control, audit).
