Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will support daily operations, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform for a regional banking client.
Must Reside in one of the following states: AR, MO, OK, KS, FL, GA, TN, TX
Key Responsibilities
- Configure objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts.
- Maintain householding, financial account structures, goals, interactions, and client profiles.
- Support AI configuration for automated workflows, reminders, document processes, and advisor tasking.
- Assist with data quality, deduplication, record merges, and compliance‑required updates.
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 user support to advisors, operations, and leadership.
- Participate in testing, releases, and environment management.
- Ensure security and compliance alignment with banking standards.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Hands-on administration experience with Salesforce FSC – highly desired
- Familiarity with Practifi AI configuration – highly desired
- Understanding of wealth management roles, terminology, and service models.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in regulated environments.
