Project Manager
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Windward Parkway)
Work Model: Hybrid (1–2 days per week onsite)
We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience to lead and coordinate projects of moderate scope and complexity. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across timelines, scope, and objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Manage projects within one primary business segment or across multiple segments and shared service teams (e.g., Software Development, Information Security, IT, Customer Service, Training).
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, adapting standard templates and processes as needed.
- Identify project risks and issues, escalating appropriately with guidance from leadership when necessary.
- Coordinate across internal functional teams and external stakeholders to drive project execution.
- Track and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets based on defined requirements.
- Gather project sizing and estimation inputs from relevant teams to ensure accurate planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, Procurement, Finance) to support budgeting, contracts, and related project impacts.
- Facilitate issue resolution, negotiate priorities, and manage conflicts as requirements evolve or scope changes arise.
- Make decisions within established methodologies and recommend solutions outside standard guidelines when appropriate.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- 4+ years of relevant project management experience
- Organizational & Follow-Up Skills: Ability to manage multiple deliverables, track deadlines, and ensure completion.
- Audit & Compliance Support: Experience managing audit-related deliverables and signoff processes.
- M&A / Integration Experience: Familiarity with company integrations or mergers is a plus; role supports bringing together two organizations (~200 employees).
- Technical–Business Translation: Strong ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
