Project Manager
12 month contract
Fully Remote

As a Project Manager own the end-to-end offer execution process—from concept approval through launch and post-launch performance tracking. This highly autonomous role requires strong operational and digital marketing expertise to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sales Enablement to ensure offers are executed efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of offer execution, ensuring alignment across marketing, legal, finance, and operations.

  • Run meetings with senior stakeholders; facilitate decisions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accountability.

  • Translate cross-functional inputs into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Support setup and execution of processes such as offer workflows, approvals, and system readiness.

  • Maintain and track offer documentation, milestones, and post-launch metrics using spreadsheets and centralized tools.

  • Partner with product marketing and leadership to launch offers and monitor their impact.

  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance future launches.

Role Expectations

  • Operates with high autonomy — must proactively identify needs and drive work forward without step-by-step direction.

  • Demonstrates courage and confidence when engaging cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

  • Focuses on the technical and operational execution of offers (not branding or creative work).

  • Utilizes strong digital marketing and lead management experience (e.g., lead tracking, demand generation).

  • Manages complex timelines and dependencies with solid project management skills (PMP certification a plus).

  • Uses Excel and spreadsheets extensively for tracking projects, metrics, and readiness milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to summarize complex updates for diverse audiences.

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities; adept at managing multiple concurrent projects.

  • Proficient with tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Asana, and Google Workspace.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, problem-solving independently, and driving results across time zones.

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience:

    • 3–5 years in project management, marketing operations, or cross-functional program delivery (financial services, SaaS, or tech preferred).

    • Experience coordinating marketing or promotional campaigns from concept through execution.

    • Strong background in digital marketing and lead management processes.
