Project Manager
12 month contract

As a Project Manager own the end-to-end offer execution process—from concept approval through launch and post-launch performance tracking. This highly autonomous role requires strong operational and digital marketing expertise to coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Sales Enablement to ensure offers are executed efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all phases of offer execution, ensuring alignment across marketing, legal, finance, and operations.

Run meetings with senior stakeholders; facilitate decisions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accountability.

Translate cross-functional inputs into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Support setup and execution of processes such as offer workflows, approvals, and system readiness.

Maintain and track offer documentation, milestones, and post-launch metrics using spreadsheets and centralized tools.

Partner with product marketing and leadership to launch offers and monitor their impact.

Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance future launches.

Manages complex timelines and dependencies with solid project management skills (PMP certification a plus).

Uses Excel and spreadsheets extensively for tracking projects, metrics, and readiness milestones.

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

3–5 years in project management, marketing operations, or cross-functional program delivery (financial services, SaaS, or tech preferred).

Experience coordinating marketing or promotional campaigns from concept through execution.
