Project Manager – Compliance System Implementation

Overview:
Our client, a leading financial insurance company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support the technical implementation of a new compliance and communication monitoring system. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing enterprise-level software deployments, particularly within compliance, security, or communications infrastructure.
Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new compliance system across technical and business teams

Collaborate with IT, compliance, legal, and vendor teams to ensure timely and successful delivery

Drive project planning, status reporting, stakeholder communications, risk tracking, and issue resolution

Support vendor evaluations, POCs, integration, and change management activities

Ensure alignment with internal policies, industry regulations, and technical requirements

Track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively identify roadblocks

Act as the primary point of contact for all implementation activities and deliverables
Preferred Experience:
-
Proven success delivering compliance, security, or communications systems projects

Experience with or knowledge of platforms such as Theta Lake, Mimecast, Proofpoint, or similar tools

Strong understanding of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and enterprise IT environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience, ideally in financial services or insurance

PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus

Prior experience working with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and IT
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
