Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work alongside the Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management & Integration. This role supports the enterprise risk management program and brings expert project management skills to drive risk response efforts—specifically focusing on mitigating people, process, and technology-related risks identified through enterprise risk assessments.
This position is responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing internal risk response projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with organizational goals and budget expectations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Independently lead highly complex, strategic, cross-departmental projects and/or contribute to enterprise initiatives with accountability for scope, risk, value, timeline, and budget.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, business leaders, and risk teams to ensure alignment on risk-related objectives and integration into business planning.

Analyze and solve a range of problems using standard methods; recommend best-fit solutions.

Develop, maintain, and update key project deliverables and performance metrics.

Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations with actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations.

Support enterprise-wide risk initiatives, including the enhancement of the risk appetite framework, governance structures, policies, and risk education strategies.

Collaborate with the Enterprise Risk Management & Resiliency leadership team on ongoing initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years’ progressive experience in project management, risk management, audit, compliance, or privacy.
