About the Role
Our client is building a new, fast-scaling AI organization known as the “Agent Factory,” focused on rapidly delivering data driven, production ready AI solutions. This environment operates with a startup mindset and small, highly collaborative pods designed for speed and iteration.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager Consultant to provide portfolio level leadership across multiple AI pods. This is not a traditional PM role. The ideal candidate is comfortable in ambiguity, thrives in rapid iteration cycles, and enables leadership to make clear, data driven decisions on priorities and tradeoffs.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee a portfolio of ~5 AI delivery pods, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
- Provide leadership with clear options and tradeoffs across initiatives (e.g., speed vs. features, resource allocation)
- Track talent allocation and identify capacity gaps or delivery blockers
- Deliver structured, bi-weekly reporting on portfolio progress, performance, and priorities
- Lead regular portfolio reviews to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Partner closely with data, engineering, and AI teams to support rapid iteration from concept to production
- Establish lightweight structure and discipline without slowing down delivery velocity

What You Bring
- Experience operating in fast paced, product driven or startup environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives at a portfolio level
- Strong decision-making framework, with the ability to present clear tradeoffs to leadership
- Comfort working in highly iterative environments with evolving priorities
- Experience supporting or partnering with AI, data, or engineering teams
- Ability to implement structure, reporting, and accountability without introducing heavy process

Ideal Profile
