Project Delivery Manager

Job description

Immediate need for a Project Delivery Manager to work with a healthcare IT firm delivering secure, reliable IT solutions that empower providers to focus on what matters most — exceptional patient care!

Job Title: Project Delivery Manager – Healthcare IT (Infrastructure)

What You’ll Do

As the Project Delivery Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle — from planning and design through execution and handoff. Projects range from infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations to Microsoft 365 deployments, site onboardings, network and Wi-Fi buildouts, and telecom transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with engineers, IT Directors, and vendors to translate technical requirements into executable plans.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, communicate status, risks, and changes with clarity and consistency.
  • Develop SOWs, schedules, and resource plans; manage change control and financial performance.
  • Oversee execution using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ConnectWise for task tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Ensure complete operational readiness, including documentation, configurations, and runbooks for support teams.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to standardized delivery playbooks that improve efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of IT project management experience in a Managed Services Provider, consulting, or healthcare IT environment.
  • Proven success delivering infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft 365 projects (e.g., Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, networking, or VoIP).
  • Understanding of Windows Server, Azure AD, networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls), and IT security fundamentals.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving risks.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent experience a plus.
  • Must work on-site in Johns Creek / Alpharetta; occasional travel to client sites required.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Impactful work: your projects directly support the systems that power healthcare delivery.
  • Close collaboration with experienced engineers and IT leaders across infrastructure, cloud, and security.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale project delivery practices in a growing MSP environment.
  • Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) match), and robust PTO.

Work Location: 100% in-office in John’s Creek/Alpharetta area
