- Serve as the primary client contact, communicate status, risks, and changes with clarity and consistency.
- Develop SOWs, schedules, and resource plans; manage change control and financial performance.
- Oversee execution using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ConnectWise for task tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure complete operational readiness, including documentation, configurations, and runbooks for support teams.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to standardized delivery playbooks that improve efficiency and quality.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of IT project management experience in a Managed Services Provider, consulting, or healthcare IT environment.
- Proven success delivering infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft 365 projects (e.g., Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, networking, or VoIP).
- Understanding of Windows Server, Azure AD, networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls), and IT security fundamentals.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams and vendors.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving risks.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or equivalent experience a plus.
- Must work on-site in Johns Creek / Alpharetta; occasional travel to client sites required.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Impactful work: your projects directly support the systems that power healthcare delivery.
- Close collaboration with experienced engineers and IT leaders across infrastructure, cloud, and security.
- Opportunity to shape and scale project delivery practices in a growing MSP environment.
- Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) match), and robust PTO.
