    The Information Technology and Information Security Risk (IT/IS) Sr. Manager plays a critical enterprise-wide role in overseeing cybersecurity, technology, data, AI and information security risk governance. This person will partner with business lines, IT, and compliance teams to maintain a strong security posture and reduce exposure across critical financial systems and third-party relationships, strengthening the organization’s overall cyber resilience and operational risk management framework.

    Core Responsibilities 

    • Evaluate and provide independent challenge regarding the alignments of the organization’s IT and IS strategy with enterprise business objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations.
    • Review and assess the adequacy of information technology and security risk assessments across applications, infrastructure, and business processes.
    • Partner with IT project teams to influence decisions related to technology architecture, cybersecurity controls, system implementations, and operational risk mitigation strategies

    • Oversee the implementation of information technology and security risk management policies and the Cyber-Security Incident Response Plan

    • Monitor the status of remediation for IT and IS related issues and ensure that the remediation documentation is complete and adequate.
    • Monitor cybersecurity and financial sector threat intelligence; communicate emerging risks to leadership.

Acting as a key technical leader, you will bridge conceptual design and real-world implementation, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance power, lighting, and infrastructure systems. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of designs, interpret critical codes and standards, and collaborate directly with stakeholders on mission-critical projects from initial concept through final commissioning.     • Plan, organize, and execute detailed electrical design work with the ability to manage engineering activities across multiple projects
    • Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems with minimal oversight
    • Conduct research on applicable industry standards and perform engineering studies and system analyses
    • Develop and review specifications, calculations, and project cost estimates
    • Provide technical leadership to design teams and monitor project progress, identifying scope changes as needed
    • Coordinate completion of design documentation and construction drawings

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
    • Advanced degree preferred
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant engineering and design experience
    • Experience designing systems within one or more of the following sectors: commercial, healthcare, laboratory, data center, or government facilities
    • Strong background in electrical system design including power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
    • Experience reviewing and producing construction drawing packages
    • Familiarity with generator sizing and power system analysis tools
    • Working knowledge of applicable electrical and energy codes and standards
    • Experience supporting mission-critical or secure facility projects is a plus Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit

    What You’ll Do

    Required Qualifications
