Enterprise Business Analyst – Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Location: Remote (Eastern Time preferred)
We’re partnering with a large enterprise organization that is in the middle of a multi-year Oracle Cloud Fusion transformation. As part of this journey, they are looking to add an experienced Oracle Order-to-Cash functional expert to support and stabilize a growing workload.
This role sits within the Order-to-Cash function and focuses on the full lifecycle of an order, from order creation through invoicing and payment. The environment is fast-paced, highly integrated, and business-critical. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys jumping in, taking ownership, and making an immediate impact while also being part of a long-term, strategic initiative.
What You’ll Work On
- Support and enhance Oracle Cloud Fusion Order-to-Cash processes
- Own end-to-end order flow including order management, pricing, invoicing, and receivables
- Act as a functional expert for O2C-related issues and integrations
- Partner closely with finance, fulfillment, and integration teams
- Help reduce workload pressure on the existing team and provide long-term coverage
- Support related functional areas as needed, based on experience
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Order Management
- Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash functional expertise
- Experience supporting the full order lifecycle from order creation through invoicing
- Functional knowledge of Pricing and Receivables
- Ability to support and troubleshoot integrated systems
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Exposure to Oracle SCM modules, especially order fulfillment
- Experience with integrated systems such as WMS, Transportation Management, or Trade Promotion Management tools
- Background in highly integrated enterprise environments
Work Details
- Remote role with Eastern Time work hours
- Occasional after-hours support due to 24/7 operations
- Limited travel required, primarily for onboarding or implementations
- Immediate start preferred
