Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite ERP Specialist with deep expertise across key financial and operational modules. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience implementing and supporting core NetSuite ERP functionality — particularly Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book, and SuiteProjects.

This role is best suited for someone who understands the end-to-end business processes that drive finance and operations, and can translate them into effective NetSuite configurations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support core NetSuite ERP initiatives with a focus on Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book, and SuiteProjects.

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to analyze requirements, streamline processes, and optimize system functionality.

  • Configure, test, and deploy NetSuite ERP modules to support business objectives.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in key financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset management, and project accounting.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through NetSuite reporting and dashboards.

  • Support integration efforts and cross-functional system enhancements.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and continuous improvement within the NetSuite environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong, hands-on experience with core NetSuite ERP modules — Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book, and SuiteProjects.

  • Solid understanding of financial and operational workflows within NetSuite.

  • Experience configuring and optimizing NetSuite functionality to meet business needs.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, document, and communicate technical and functional issues effectively.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Prior experience in consulting or managing project-based NetSuite engagements is preferred.
