About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead TIBCO BWCE Developer with hands-on application development experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to support, enhance, and extend enterprise integration solutions built on TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) in a cloud-native environment. This role is designed for an experienced developer with strong leadership capabilities to take ownership of post-migration support, performance tuning, and new integration development initiatives.

As a key contributor, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of integrations while resolving complex issues and driving continuous improvement in a containerized cloud infrastructure.

Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical leadership for the development, maintenance, and support of TIBCO BWCE-based integrations deployed on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Design and develop new services, APIs, and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and cloud engineering teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and resource optimization.
  • Monitor application performance and availability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
  • Define and enforce standards for cloud-native TIBCO development and deployment on AKS.
  • Mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert on BWCE and containerized integration architecture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10 years of experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks, including at least 3+ years with BWCE in cloud/container environments.
  • Proven experience developing, deploying and managing BWCE applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and cloud networking concepts.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills in containerized environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and observability platforms (ELK, Prometheus, etc.).
  • Ability to take ownership, lead initiatives, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points For:

  • TIBCO certifications in BW/BWCE.
  • Experience with Azure services (Key Vault, Application Gateway, Azure Monitor, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise integration patterns.
