Tier4 Group is partnering with an enterprise organization embarking on a major Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. We’re seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, implementation, security, and governance of a new Oracle Fusion environment. This is a true greenfield opportunity where you’ll help establish the architecture, standards, security model, and operational framework for the organization’s Oracle ecosystem. Rather than inheriting an existing environment, you’ll play a key role in building it from the ground up while serving as the organization’s Oracle Fusion subject matter expert.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Oracle Fusion Cloud technical architecture and OCI strategy
- Define and govern DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments
- Design Oracle Fusion security, RBAC, SoD, and identity management frameworks
- Lead Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration standards
- Establish environment refresh, cloning, patching, disaster recovery, and operational processes
- Partner with security, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and Oracle implementation teams
- Create architecture documentation, governance standards, and best practices
- Serve as the Oracle Fusion SME and mentor internal teams

Required Experience
- Significant hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture
- Strong Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) expertise
- Experience designing Oracle Fusion security and identity solutions
- Enterprise integration architecture experience
- Experience supporting or leading Oracle Fusion implementations
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure principles
- Experience with disaster recovery, resiliency, and high-availability design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications
- OCI certifications
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
- Experience with Azure AD, Okta, LDAP, or other IAM platforms
- Knowledge of SOX, SOC, NIST, or audit/compliance frameworks
- Experience partnering with Oracle consulting or implementation firms
- Experience in highly regulated or enterprise environments
